I attended the Stratford salon today for a environ facial and a Lipofirm treatment, from start to finish the lady that did my treatments explained everything and was very professional and made me feel at ease, have booked another facial.

Sarah was great. I enjoyed the facial. She explained everything well. A relaxing time spent in a busy day. However it was marred by the fact that she was 'running late'. As a result I was very stressed about my 1 hour car park slot running over time, which it did. As a result I am awarding fewer stars than I would normally. But that does not reflect on the quality of the treatment and the the skill of the therapist.

Bought as a gift for my friend we both thoroughly enjoyed the makeup session with Sarah. She was very considerate to our needs and was extremely knowledgeable regarding the science behind good skincare. The result? We both came away feeling glam and with the knowledge required to apply makeup efficiently

Not sure how she does it but Julie’s 60 minute Dermalogica facial manages to be both deeply relaxing and envigorating. My skin looks and feels great.

I had great treatment today with Julie. The place is sparkling clean and really professional. Julie took time to explain to me all different treatments they offer. Would defiantly be back.

You took your time to explain and demonstrate how to apply makeup, I loved the fact this is masterclass allows you to actually apply the products and do your own make up. You made us feel relaxed from the second we came in, you are brilliant at what you do, I'm looking forward to booking additional treatments with you.

Wonderful treatment which has left my skin feeling beautiful. After suffering a few very nasty, long lasting blemishes recently, they have virtually finally disappeared the morning after. Will definitely be back!

This was a session booked for my son and his friend so that he could experience the benefits of not being drawn to painting himself orange. It worked!! Well done Sarah, you were patient, informative, fun and allowed and encouraged them both to express themselves whilst teaching them great transferrable techniques. The products were beautiful, high quality and both Bill and Charlie looked stunning and felt so confident when they left. And thank you for answering my continouy stream of questions. ❤❤

Arrived at this salon not quite knowing what to expect. I was given a warm welcome by the staff who talked me through the treatment answering any questions l had.
Everyone was very friendly & professional & made me feel very at ease before commencing my treatment which felt like tiny pins & needles not at all unpleasant.
The result was good as l actually lost 1/2 inch from my waist & the next day my trousers felt noticeably different! Overall a good experience & result. I would definitely recommend this Salon for LipoFirm.

Sarah done the treatment on my thighs Sarah was very informative and knowledgeable, the whole procedure was really lovely and not rushed, considering it was an offer of £45. I thought the taster session was extremely worthwhile. I would recommend this treatment

As a woman who isn’t great at beauty self care, I don’t really have the time and I like to spend me money on something with a guaranteed benefit!! But I know I should do something, I’m 50 and Mother Nature needs a little help! I need an experience that makes me feel like it’s worth the time and the money. And here at Looking Glass I’ve found it. It hasn’t for them been about the time or the money, they could have done quicker and got more money, for them it’s been about Me!! Incredible personalised treatment from booking to treatment to booking again!! Highly recommended

Very relaxing environment, lost 4 inches on my first visit

Just had a wonderful facial from Julie at LG. The inclusion of a neck and shoulder massage means I’m super relaxed, too. Fabulous

I went with a friend of mine for a 2.5 hr make up tutorial. Lovely salon in Stratford town cente with welcoming and knowledgable staff. Sarah asked us what we wanted to learn and did a lovely bespoke session for both of us. There was a good balance between sarah demonstrating and trying it ourselves. I learnt a lot and would recommend to friends.

I love this Salon. Julie and Sarah are so welcoming and you feel really at home! The treatment rooms are so lovely and the heated beds are absolute bliss. They have an excellent range of treatments too.

Brilliant treatment which really works from the lovely Sarah

Wow! What a lovely gem of a place. We went for the make up course and we we’re treated amazingly well. My car broke down just before we got there so I was constantly interrupting the course trying to sort out my car and when my husband had to drop my 4 year old daughter off they included her in the lesson allowing her to try out different make up and making her feel so welcomed. Sarah is knowledgeable, and kind and listened to what we wanted. There was option to buy products at the end but there was no hard sell and we felt no obligation although really liked the product so bought a few things anyway.

I must say I had a great experience today can’t wait to go back

Am seeing results from my Caci face and jowel treatment sessions 5 treatments in and friends are saying “ you look really good what have you been doing your skin looks so plumped and refreshed , have you been doing / using something different” it’s not a miracle cure but if you want to look better and have far better skin tone and firmness would definitely recommend the course of 10
