Staff are very knowledgeable, friendly & professional, the salon is inviting & relaxing & the treatment is great value for money.

I was very apprehensive about having laser treatment, not knowing what to expect but Sarah put me at ease straight away explaining what the procedure was and how the laser worked. I was amazed at how well the treatment worked even after the first session, I was over the moon. I would definitely recommend having laser especially for us ladies with darker, course hair. I wished I had done this years ago as I would have saved myself so much money and sometimes a load of pain which sometimes lasted over a week. Having laser is definitely worth the money!

Always good to try a new treatment especially with Julie’s expert guidance. ‘Focus on filler’ results are noticeable with a fresher, less puffy under-eye and smoothed fine lines. The cooling mask was particularly welcome on such a hot day.

I really enjoyed our monthly catch ups as you always put me at ease and made sure I had the best experience ever. Thank you for all your help and support and the ProBright treatment really does do the trick.

Fabulous hair cuts from Destiny and Kate. Both girls happy as always. The youngest thinks she looks like a princess. One very happy mum.

It‘s a shame that I live in Vienna because otherwise I would be a regular customer in Stratford! The treatment was done with such care and attention. Immediately afterwards I could see a difference in my skin - particularly my neck. I can’t remember the name of the lady who carried out the treatment but she did an excellent job. Everyone at the salon is extremely welcoming and friendly. I really enjoyed the whole experience and next time I visit my sister, I shall definitely be booking an appointment at this salon again. I highly recommend the CACI synergy treatment.

This salon offers many technical treatments such as hi- tech facials and body treatments. It’s quite a different salon experience to the usual simple facials, manicure and pedicures. They have invested heavily in equipment that does quite a bit more!

A really professional service . This was my 7th visit to see Julie and as always I was met with a friendly smile . Julie is a real professional and makes you feel at ease .
