Had hair cut and styled by Paige today, assisted by Lee. After not having my hair cut for at least a year and having a baby during that time I was in need of a good pamper, Paige made me feel so comfortable and relaxed but we also had a good time and a laugh! Would highly recommend!

Lize was my stylist. She was absolutely phenomenal. She listened, offered opinions, but more importantly- knew how to handle my hair. She turned my unmanageable hair into something I was proud of. I’ll be honest and say I was close to tears as my hair has always been the bane of my existence. I’ve never seen it look so good while also looking like Me. Wonderful staff, great products, and an overall incredible experience.

Brilliant!…???

Ive been coming to Lize at Baylis & Peet since December last year and it has been the best experience! Everyone at the salon is so lovely and professional, and the salon has a great atmosphere. Lize is an amazing hair stylist and a brilliant person, very warm and attentive. She always does an amazing job colouring my hair and I leave happy every time.

I was looked after by Paige (apprentice) under Lee's supervision. We had an extensive chat to start with about what I expect regarding my hair length and level of maintenance. She did exactly that! I am very happy with my fresh look :) Thank you!

Having previously experienced bad reactions to hair dye, I was very nervous about having my hair coloured but desperately wanted to cover my greys. Lee was absolutely amazing, from my initial phone call through to attending the salon for patch testing and subsequently having my hair cut and coloured. He took my concerns seriously, really listened to what I wanted, and worked out a plan to achieve it. I’m SO happy with the result that I can’t stop smiling!

I had my trust and confidence destroyed by another salon so I came to Lee looking not just for a hair cut but for a full hair MOT and to rebuild my trust. He did an amazing job and I’ve never looked back. Every hair cut is exactly how I’ve asked for it, suits me to a T and is done with care and understanding. He’s a great listener too and an all round gem to have in Rugby town. Thank you for restoring my faith in hairdressers! I won’t ever go anywhere else again.

Paige was lovely and polite, she spent time asking me what I wanted to achieve from the appointment. Her nerves showed but she didn’t let them get the better of her and if she was unsure she would check and then recheck with Lee.

Baylis and Peet were recommended to me by a friend and they weren’t wrong. Had a great experience with Lee, who talked me through styles and changes that would suit me. He cut my hair beautifully, I’m so pleased. I would highly recommend them.

Unfortunately I'm having to write this review as I've had no satisfactory offer from the owner. I booked a colour, cut & and finish with a price quoted £89, I had my hair done by Lize who is absolutely lovely and sid a fantastic job. Unfortunately I had to change the colour option as I couldn't have what I originally wanted. I was offered something else and not once was I told I was having a baluage and that with highlights was going to put the pri e sky high. No price was ever mentioned, so I just presumed it was still £89, i was never told this change will change the price if I was I would have said no ( never been to a salon before ) my original appointment was 3 hrs and it took 3hrs 20 mins. When I got to the till imaging my shock when I was told £172 and not £89..very annoyed at not being told this before I had the work done and given the option to go ahead or not. Then when i complained the owner said "well didnt you query the price" Very disappointed
