Baylis & Peet Hair

Had my first visit to the salon today and would definitely recommend! With the current climate the salon was very clean and very welcoming. My hair is lovely, after nearly a year without a cut Lee had his work cut out for him (sorry about the pun lol) but he did a lovely job which I’m very pleased with and will try not to leave it as long till my next visit! All the staff were very friendly too! Thank you!!

I had a lovely time at this salon thanks to Marie, she’s very good at creating hairstyles to suit you depending on hair, face shape and the result I was hoping for. I left feeling that she made me look and feel years younger.

B&P is an ethical salon in Rugby. It’s so lovely to feel that avoiding animal cruelty is a priority. There’s a great selection of vegan products available too.

So for my experience this salon are a cut above the rest, and therefore I can definitely recommend this salon with ease.

Lee has an excellent eye for detail and always offers advice on maintenance between cuts eg best way to condition, dry and style. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing yet again, I had hair just passed my shoulders that was fried from bleaching, showed Lee a picture of what I have wanted for a while and it was short, I mean shaved sides short. Taken me a while to be brave enough but it looks absolutely amazing. I feel great and can’t wait to come back to hide the now more obvious greys haha. Thank you so much

The range of cuts he does is amazing!

For me, I love the fact that my haircut can constantly evolve and Lee thinks outside the box, working with any ideas I have. Also they strive to care for the environment with the products they use, which is incredibly important.

I’ve been going to Baylis & Peet since it opened nearly 2 years ago, the salon is a tranquil space and products are all ethically produced. I’ve got curl, highlighted hair and in the past I’ve really struggled with the condition and finding a stylist that doesn’t want to put straighteners on it. It was the first time ever I have left a salon with my curls in tact and looking the best they ever have! I would highly recommend the salon, Lee and the team provide an outstanding service!!

Lee has been styling my hair for months in preparation for my wedding on Thursday. I left the salon with exactly what I had envisaged and lee and I has discussed all that time ago. I was searching for a salon I could trust after recently relocating to Rugby. After years of neglecting it, I now understand exactly how to look after my hair thanks to Baylis&Peet. As soon as I walked into the salon, I felt like I was in good hands. Lee clearly has talent and is very passionate about what he does. We had a thorough discussion about what I don’t like about my hair and also what the plan was in order to get the end result that I wanted. Lee also gave me some tips and training on how to correctly dry my hair from home in order to maintain it. Molly is fantastic, the best shampoo and massage I’ve ever had! Thank you to both of you for all your efforts and help with my hair, I greatly appreciate it.

He was so honest about what will be the result of my hair but it way exceeded my expectation...i love how it turned out and i've got the hair color that i really wanted.he did a good job!i was so happy and satisfied.highly recommend and definitely coming back!

Lee takes his time to listen and take on board all of my ideas/thoughts. I’m completely at ease with both Lee and Molly and LOVE the head massages when my hairs being washed! Wow, Lee is the most talented hairdresser, fantastic cuts and fabulous colours, he is very creative. Not only will you get a great cut and colour, he also considers hair condition and what suits your colouring. Highly recommend!
