Absolutely poor, terrible service, awful hair cut. The service was poor from start to finish with a really uncomfortable shampooing experience and then I had to wait for ages for the hairdresser emerge like some sort of pupa from behind the scenes. I was really confused about where she had got to and almost walked out to be honest, I even had to ask the staff abotu where she had got to , how embarrassing for a salon with seemingly a good reputation. I made it really clear what I wanted and even brought in a picture to show her and got something completely different to what I asked for, still made me pay for it . Really horrid, shoddy, wont be coming back
