This was my fist visit to Saks Kenilworth - I am so impressed. The staff are so friendly and professional. James is amazing he is the first hairdresser to actually ask me what I like about my hair as opposed to what I want done.
He barely touched the length of my hair but time I left the Salon my hair looked so fabulous- he reshape it and styled it into a low maintainence style which he taught me how to reproduce at home. I have already re-booked for a trim before Christmas which is not like me!!!
Central location on the main street in Kenilworth. Parking is easy, cheap and close by. Friendly staff. Free flowing coffee. All presided over by the fun and energetic stylist/owner James.

Thank you Laura and James for fitting me in and saving me from my horrible holiday hair!!! The salon has all the wonderful treats one could possibly want from a "salon experience" but for me it was the knowledge and professionalism (and great time keeping!) that ended up achieving such a beautiful result that was most important to me! My first time today following my Stylist from another salon. I was not disappointed, although my Stylist was away due to a family bereavement Laura stepped in. She did my colour, cut and blow dry all of which were exceptional. I now have gone from brassy to a natural looking colour with lights. The cut is superb and can even "swish" my hair now!!! The Salon is very clean, modern and very pleasing to the eye, the staff are very nice , polite and friendly. Would I go back yes I am and would I recommend it yes I will.
Finally a salon that listens to the customer and gives good practical advice on hair and colouring. My new hair cut and colour is perfect!

I had Laura at saks in Kenilworth today and she was fabulous. I went in not knowing what colour I have or style come to that, and Laura gave me some great advice without making me feel stupid and has put a beautiful colour on my hair. I will definitely be back as I think a few more cuts will only make it better. Thankyou Laura looking forward to next time.

Great service by a great team
The staff working there are so nice and I always have a long chat whilst getting my hair done. The salon itself is very smart and professional. They always cut my hair to a very high standard and leave it silky smooth, hair styling there is very good and always looks amazing.
I would highly recommend going there.

Another great appointment with James at Saks in Kenilworth. He always manages to translate a vague description of what you want into a spot on cut and blow dry. Every visit is relaxing and James has just the right mix of professionalism and friendliness to create the perfect salon atomsphere.
