As usual I was rubbish at making an appointment in advance but the staff managed to fit in me without reducing the quality of their service. This has to be the best salon in the local area.

Saks Kenilworth has been my salon of choice for two years. James and his team always take the time to talk through your requirements to make sure everyone is happy.

Since moving to the area a couple of years ago we have tried several salons. Have to say Saks is definitely the best in terms of service, cut and friendliness/salon atmosphere

Both James and Emily were brilliant. They did exactly what I asked. They were kind and considerate and the atmosphere in the salon was really good.

Had an appointment with Emma @2:00 pm arrived on time to a very warm and friendly greeting was offered a drink and some magazines , after a couple of minutes Emma showed me to her workstation had a quick consultation and arranged for the juniors to shampoo my hair, which was very relaxing . Emma cut and re-styled my hair which I've felt she was very confident with her work and an excellent result rebooked for another appointment in six weeks time

Really pleased with my colour, hair looks bright and blonde for the summer. Laura listened to exactly what I wanted.
The colour was applied with extream care and precision.
Beautiful blow dry.

Went to Sals yesterday and both myself and my daughter, had our hair cut and coloured by the lovely Emily. We both had our first balayage. She was excellent, listened carefully to what we wanted and worked like an artist to create our new hair.
My daughters hair is pretty straight forward to cut, but mind is not. I've got the best cut of had forever and whilst I usually hate the way other people dry and style my hair left wishing I could do it as well! Big success all round! ????

As a regular visitor to Saks, I can thoroughly recommend the salon to all.

I've been going to Saks for around 1 Year. Usually James will cut my hair, I've always had a fantastic cut and brilliant customer focus. I Always come out feeling rested with fantastic new hair !! I have very different hair and James always manages to advise me and give me great tips for easy daily management.

I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to the salon. I received a call to let me know James was running a little late - which saved me a wait in the salon - which I thought was very good. All staff were cheerful and welcoming. The salon had a very relaxed comfortable feel. James explained what he was doing and he made me feel very comfortable and confident. He was very honest with what he was able to achieve with my hair. I was very pleased with the end result and would recommend the salon to my friends and family.

I have returned to Saks kenilworth after moving further away, however i never managed to find a hairdressers as good! I went today for the first time in a year and I wish I had never left, they are amazing! I will now not hesitate the journey when i know what to expect when i get there..... the same excellent service as before I left

I had a fantastic hair cut experience at SaKs. James first asked what my expectations are. Listened carefully and delivered exactly what i wanted. He also took time out to explain the right techniques for applying product. 5 star experience.
Not to mention all was done on a 20 pound cut and blow dry special offer. I will be a permanent customer going forward.

Very knowledgeable staff who are experienced and caring They listen to what you want and ensure you leave happy Various hot drinks supplied and a fabulous relaxing chair that lifts your feet and even massages your back I won't go anywhere else and I always ask for Emily Even washing your hair is given that little bit extra too with a gentle head massage Kenilworth is all the better for Emily and Saks

Emily is a very talented and professional hairdresser. Her attention to detail when colouring and cutting is exceptional. I wouldn't go to anyone else now. The salon is warm and friendly too and all the staff are lovely.

I needed help to literally re-style my hair, colour and cut. They were all so helpful and kind and advised me what to do.
I was there for over 3 hrs , always offering me a drink . Emily taught me how to curl my hair in the right way which was really helpful.

It was my first time visiting Saks and I must say, what a lovely experience. Emily coloured my hair, she did a fantastic job, I love it and I've had loads of positive comments about it. Thanks again to Emily and everyone else at Saks for a very relaxed afternoon, I look forward to my next appointment in April.
