Tanya is a pleasure to visit. I leave the styling decisions in her hands and she always does a superb job. She also takes an interest in how I am doing and is a great conversation partner during my visits. I can't recommend her highly enough.

I loved having my hair cut by Jess. She is such an expert, very professional and a delightful hairdresser. She has good ideas about my hair which I am very happy with.

I had an unusual experience with Toni and Guy, in that I wasn't 100 per cent happy with a cut I had received. As it was the first time the stylist had cut my hair, I think the main issue was probably down to me not communicating properly what I hoped to achieve. But either way, Toni and Guy invited me back in, made a few adjustments to the cut (free of charge) and we have settled on a 'plan' to get my hair closer to what I want it to be over the next few months.
Obviously you can't stick hair back on to a head, but Tim and Co were extremely keen to make me feel better about my haircut. And I did! Great customer service.

Tanya has been looking after my hair for years and I can't imagine going to anyone else at this point. She always offers great advice to help me get what I want and takes the time out to make sure I know how to style and look after my hair the best I can. I am hopeless and very low maintenance and I always leave feeling like a new woman!

Been here a few times, I always find the hair stylists very professional and friendly but cannot say the same about the guy at reception, find someone better to greet people when they first arrive at the salon rather than having a complete unprofessional and unfriendly guy showing his attitude to customers for no reason, I took my precious time out of running my own Marketing company when I had important client meeting to get my hairs fixed at this place and I certainly wasn't expecting to get this kind of treatment from the reception.

I do have challenging hair with texture, & am fussy about it. Georgina managed to tackle my hair style 3 months ago and consistently washes, curs & blow drys with confidence.Every 4 weeks. She is also a great communicator which is good for the business.

As always Amy is fab at her job and a very friendly approachable person. As are all the staff at the salon.

Best colourist around wouldn't go to anyone else

I have been going here for years now, and I have always felt welcome and taken care of. I've never had to wait to be seen and if I have any questions, they are always answered truthfully and inbiasedly. Whether you want to chat or just be in your own head, the stylists won't hassle you to talk if you don't want to, but are always willing to chat about anything on your mind, or on theirs.

Consistently a good place, and even though I could get my hair done cheaper at a barbers, I prefer the atmosphere and the staff. The exerpience from booking to leaving is just so much better.

A most professional and expert colourist, Louise has worked magic on my hair! Delighted with the result.

Bonjour! Yetanother fab haircut with Libby. Went for a compete change this time (been trying to grow hair) decided to go for a Classic French Bob which is fab. My hair looks thicker, shiny and healthy.. Thank you Libby xx
