TONI&GUY Gosforth opened in 2012. As a salon we pride ourselves on delivering the highest standards of customer service to each and every client. Our talented team of stylists and technicians are on hand to give you expert advice and create hair that is individual and easy to live with, interpreting fashion trends with versatile wearable styles. Members of our Colour team hold the prestigious Wella Master Colour Expert accolade- their knowledge and expertise are on hand to advise you on the latest colours and techniques. We offer many additional services including Bridal and Occasion hair and the NanoKeratin Smoothing blow-dry. Our wide range of haircare products include label.m and Moroccan Oil to keep your hair salon perfect until your next visit. For more information on our services please speak to our friendly reception team who will be happy to help. PARKING Our nearest car park is across the road on the opposite side of the salon, behind the shops. It's 30p an hour, maximum 2hours but we will top up your parking for you if we run over whilst in the salon. TONI&GUY HAIRSPA Bring out the best in your hair and wellbeing with the indulgent TONI&GUY HAIRSPA. We have six hair and scalp restoring in-salon treatments available. Hairspa has been designed to target your specific needs, whether it’s a deep condition to nourish your dry hair or a revitalising scalp treatment. Using expert head massage techniques combined with the award-winning label.m professional haircare range and hot towel wrap; you will feel and notice the improvement instantaneously. With tailored aftercare available to take home, you will continue to benefit from your treatment until your next appointment.

Really unhappy as probably the worst result I have had from Toni and guy. The lad who cut my hair was lovely, so friendly just made a complete mess of the fade I asked for so had to get it refinished by another hairdresser.

Liam exceeded my expectations and he created a gorgeous new look for me! I am so happy with it! The customer service received by all members of staff is second to none! I also noticed another client in a wheelchair and I noticed how accommodating both Deanna and Liam were for her, helping her get onto the backwash seat, it was a lovely gesture to see and they both dealt with it amazingly. I’m always happy when I leave the salon! I also would like to say that they are extremely Covid secure and made me feel super safe, without it going unnoticed, it isn’t too in your face and restrictive! They maintain an extremely friendly atmosphere but still very professional whilst doing so!

Had my hair done in the salon and couldn’t be happier with how it looks!
Came in for a colour and cut with Sam and Vikki on Wednesday they were both very informative with what would work with my hair.
I then came in on Friday for my extensions put in with Carley and a fresh blowdry with Deanna I can’t believe the transformation from when I first came in the salon on Wednesday to now!
Everyone was so lovely, helpful and friendly! I would really recommend Toni and guy as it’s just such a lovely positive atmosphere in the salon from when you first walk in to when you leave. Thanks so much guys I feel holiday ready now! Xx

I arrived for my 9am appointment only to find the salon not yet open and I had to wait several minutes for staff to arrive and get started. The lady was curt and rude about my photo I brought in to show the style I liked. No small talk was offered, whilst blow drying my hair my stylist left to answer the phone on numerous occasions and never apologised. At times she was rude and huffing about answering the phone and threw the hair dryer down in front of me in a most aggressive fashion. I was most unimpressed with the customer service and would not be choosing to return.
