I live in Newquay Cornwall and was on Holiday in Beamish Co. Durham I booked this salon early this year as i knew my hair colour would need doing, and this salon is a Wella professional.
I was so impressed with the way Kay did my hair.
Absolutely amazing salon, very friendly and extremely professional. Kay did a fantastic job and she did my colour exactly the same as my hairdresser back home.

I’ve been coming to David Harvey Hairdressing for maybe over two years now, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. Every single appointment leaves me feeling happy, confident, and completely satisfied. The whole team is always welcoming, friendly, and professional, making every visit a great experience.

A special thank you to Kay. I first came to her after my hair had been badly damaged by a previous stylist in another country. Instead of rushing into treatments or colouring my hair, she was completely honest and transparent from day one. She explained what my hair needed, set realistic expectations, and patiently helped me restore it back to health.

What I appreciate most is that Kay genuinely cares about her clients. She has never tried to upsell unnecessary services or encourage me to spend more money. She always recommends what’s best for the health of my hair, even if it means waiting longer to achieve the look I want. That honesty and professionalism are so rare to find.

Thanks to her patience and expertise, my hair is now healthier than ever, and I trust her advice completely. I always leave the salon feeling amazing, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Don’t often feel comfortable going into hair salons especially new ones but we were made to feel very comfortable and relaxed. Izzy was great at advising both myself and my mam about how to take care of our thin hair and even gave us a boatload more confidence as we left We will deffo be back

Claire is fantastic. I always feel so welcomed and treated beautifully. I leave the salon very happy every time. Claire is exceptional and the whole staff are lovely.

Always gives great advice and reasons behind choices to help you make an informed decision. Attention to detail is excellent.
