Great cut at a great salon

Kim has cut my hair for 33 years...so I was understandably nervous about sitting down with Sally. No need to fear, got the same fab attention and skilful cut. Here’s to the next 30 years Sally ?

I’ve been getting my haircut at Boilerhouse for quite a few years now & I have never been disappointed. Nina is my stylist She always listens to what I want so I always come away feeling happy with my new haircut. All the staff are really friendly & there’s always a lovely atmosphere.

Excellent Sally was lovely really kind and considerate listened to me and has done my hair beautifuly.
Also Kirsty did my blow dry she was chatty friendly .my daughter was with me she is going to book with Kirsty for training cut and colour

I get waxed here on a regular basis and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!

Prices are slightly higher than other places but the quality of the service definitely reflects this - out of everywhere I’ve tried (Which is a fair share of places) I’ve never came across such good service and the attention to detail is amazing. Now as soon as anyone mentions needing waxed I recommend this place straight away.

Amy does such a great job and makes it such a friendly and relaxing atmosphere, as does Alexis!

Vicky was great. She made me feel welcome, and she did a fantastic job cutting my wig to suit me.

Friendly, unpretentious and relaxed atmosphere. Good playlist, but not intrusive. 10/10.

Probably the worst cut and blow dry I have ever had. I left the salon with part of my hair still wet and the top of it was frizzy. In and out within 45mins and I have long thick hair. No layers were cut into it and it wasn’t thinned. I actually can’t believe how bad it was ? too polite to say anything there and then but feel like Boilerhouse needs to understand why it has lost my business. £48 as well! I could have done a better job myself.

Had a lovely warm welcome from the Salon staff. I haven’t been to a Salon for years as I usually get my hair done at home. What a treat! The consultation with Michael was thorough. The wash was done by Owen, very friendly and he gave me a wonderful head massage. Lovely cup of Latte brought by Kirsty. Thrilled with haircut. Staff all wonderful. I’ve heard great things about The Boilerhouse and it certainly didn’t disappoint. I’ll be back ?

I went to boilerhouse after hearing good reviews from friends. I was aware that Boilehouse is quite expensive but was reassured that the price would be justified by the quality of the service. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the overall look of the salon is great. I asked for a blonde balayage and showed the hairdresser some pictures for reference, and I specifically mentioned I didn’t want a streaky look, that I wanted everything to blend nicely, and I was assured this would be the case. When I initially saw my hair I thought the front section was a lot lighter than I was expecting, but thought the overall look was nice, particularly as the stylist curled it for me. However out of the light of the salon and without the curls I feel my hair isn’t exactly how I had hoped. I feel my hair is quite streaky rather than the nice blend I was expecting, and the streaks on top are actually lighter than the ends of my hair, which I wanted to be the lightest part. I thought I just needed to get used to it but my (painfully honest) friends have agreed that it is streaky, and one was surprised when I said I’d had it done at boilerhouse...

Nina cuts my hair better than any previous hairdresser - and is really interesting to chat with. (She’s a very good listener)! Amazing what she can do with my difficult hair.
