Good experience. Not only was my hair cut well by Salvatore but he also gave me good advice how to look after my hair.

I have been coming to the Woking T&G for over 10 yrs now and I have to be frank. The service has been terrible in the last year. When I call in for an appointment, no one picks up the phone and even if I leave a message no one gets back to me. This is not acceptable and I am still wondering why I come back to be honest. I think some of the staff need to smile more ESP front desk and you need to sometimes give out special offers to valued customers who have been loyal to you over the years. The salon has lots of potential but it is slowly losing its spark...

Sammi is absolutely fabulous and Simon is a great colourist - so glad I changed to Woking from the Guildford branch! Very happy with both the service and the results.

As expected, the service and quality were of a high standard. The stylist was friendly and professional in approach.

I had an appointment for a half head colour with Simon. This was my first visit to TONI&GUY Woking for about 6 years. The colour was very good and Simon was a very engaging hairdresser who was easy to chat to.

However, I cannot say the same for the blow dry. The trainee who was tasked to blow dry my hair was very poor with her technique and ability to converse with a customer. The trainee, *******, turned my hair into a blow dried frizz. She did not ask me how I wanted my hair dried, she did not use any product and took so long trying to section my hair that is was practically dry when she came to blow dry the sections. She did not speak to me, she did not even look at my hair in the mirror and when I challenged her on the outcome her response was "I didn't know what type of hair you had", to which I replied "because you didn't speak to me". Simon came over and apologised and had to use straightners on my hair to flatten the frizz. I do understand that trainees need to have hands on experience but I also think that they should be monitored by the trained staff, especially if they are inexperienced trainees. I had to go home, re-wash and style my hair.
I am more than happy to return to this salon and have my hair coloured by Simon, but dried by a more experienced and engaging trainee. I have given the Service a mark of 2. this is no reflection on Simon as he did a good job and sorted out the mess afterwards, it is purely based on the blow dry service.

I have been asked to place a review of my visit on Saturday 3rd June. It was only eight weeks between visits but in that time standards appear to have dropped. You no longer get a reminder of your appointment and are no longer offered a drink of water, even on a hot day. The washer needs to be retrained as although he started off well, the hair around my neck wasn't washed, I wasn't asked if I wanted one or two washes and my head was nearly removed while washing so I didn't dare ask for a head massage. The cut was excellent as usual. You did ask!

Being a busy mum with a child with autism it's rare I can get mummy time, and did I get spoilt today with friendly laughter from my Italian hairdresser and a cheeky glass of wine ???? thank you so much ???? Feeling fabulous

I feel disappointed with the colour today as it is not as blonde as I would have expected and for the money I paid I left the salon feeling not very pleased with my hair.

A really excellent hair cut from my new T&G stylist Salvatore. He took a lot of trouble with the cut and ensured that he cut it how I wanted it cut.

Really friendly staff, and Charlotte who cut my hair was very friendly and styled my hair beautifully.

Had my hair washed and blow dryed then straighten very good job done by Charlotte.

Sammy is always great and has such a great attitude towards her customers . She never lets tony and guy down don't think iv ever had a cancellation from her which is great

Extremely satisfied with my salon experience at at Toni & Guy today. Although my usual colourist was unavailable, Salvatore was most attentive and I am very pleased with my colour. As always, Richard cut my hair and an excellent job done.

The cut was very good and I have no complaints there. However I was a little annoyed at the comments he made about his ex-colleague (my previous hairdresser) as he was very dismissive of her as a person and of her maturity and personal life. I felt this was inappropriate as none of that was really his business, especially not when discussing with a customer.

I have been going to TG Woking for 13 years.
Richard and Patrick are excellent technicians and I can honestly say I have never been disappointed with any cut.
For highlights and tinting, to be honest whether you choose the junior or top technician its usually a good result so there is a good choice for appointments, I highly recommend Simon, who is very obliging caring and thorough, or Sarah also very good indeed.
My only downside is that sometimes the after colour blow dry depends on who does it, as to the result, and also the time it takes to finish.
some juniors are less experienced and can take longer but still give a good result, only once have I felt compelled to mention I was unhappy, after shampooing my hair felt under rinsed and sticky and Richard promptly re washed it! what else can you ask for?
Reception staff are pleasant helpful and friendly and the whole saloon experience is excellent. I have even signed my husband up now.
You do get what you pay for, its not cheap, but neither is the end result so its money well spent.

I have been going to this salon for a long time now and always had a very good experience until my visit yesterday. I was booked with ***** (first time with her), and she was very unhappy with the booking when she asked me what I am booked for. During the highlights procedure, she missed big pieces of hair and kept making unhappy noises. I was also booked for a blow dry afterwards, however I was told I had to wait for the lady for 30 minutes with wet hair as she wasn't ready. The other option was to have one of the trainees blow dry my hair. I didn't want to wait with wet hair and agreed to go with the trainee, which to be honest was the best experience during the visit. She was very kind and my hair was dried very nicely. I would overall give to ***** 1 star and 5 stars for the trainee.

Salvatore is a great guy. He is also a genius with hair. Everyone always comments positively about my hair. I have been using T&G Woking for the past 6 years. Yes you can get your hair cut cheaper elsewhere but its obvious you have not had a good cut
I would highly recommend this salon.

If you want a relaxed and friendly salon you won't beat Toni & Guy in Woking. The staff are very welcoming and attentive and the salon is clean and tidy. Always a perfect cut and blow dry and looks just as good when my next appointment is due six weeks later.Great range of products on sale and the on line booking system is easy to use. Have been a client here since it opened and have never been disappointed with the service so it gets full marks from me????

I received excellent service from Salvatore on Tuesday, he restyled my hair and it has never looked so good. I was so pleased with the result I went back today and had my hair coloured, again excellent service and smiles from all the staff and especially Salvatore.

Friendly staff from start to finish. Sammi is professional, gives a fantastic cut, and is also a wonderful, caring, chatty person without being over bearing. She make you feel so comfortable and relaxed and has a genuine interest in the conversation. I always go back to her time and again and my daughter (aged 13) thinks she's great too! And my hair looks just fab today, well worth the money!

I've been going to Toni & Guy Woking for a few years now and wouldn't change to anyone else.
I wanted a change of style when I first went and was so happy with the result. Lisa got my vision just right and continues to do so.

Sammi is a fantastic asset to the team with a (very) big personality.

As always, very happy with Simon's work. The girl that washed my hair afterwards was really polite, she kept apologising about the issue with the water. The salon has had a problem with the temperature of the water since I remember and have not taken action, not sure why, but it is nerve braking thinking that your scalp will be burned with extremely hot water any minute.
The service in general is good apart from a girl in reception, she is definitely not cut to serve customers, I have seen her there for a while but she doesn't get better, she serves the customers according to the mood she is in.
I am happy and loyal to the people that do my hair and also the convenience of the place in terms of location is a plus, however if the guys go to another salon I will probably leave cause the experience is not great. I go to the salon every 5 weeks or so for colour and haircut

Simon was super doing my colour, as always! Salvatore trimmed my hair and gave me the best blow dry EVER!

It is the third time now that I've had my keratin treatment done in the Woking branch and I'm always happy with the results. The lady who does my hair (Christine) is very friendly and always makes it a pleasant experience.

Great service as usual, always walk out feeling refreshed and happy! Lisa is the perfect hairdresser and already booked in for my next cut! Perfect holiday haircut ????????????

I have been getting my hair cut with Patrick for almost 18 years. He has always been like a perfect host. I am happy to go in and ask him to do whatever he wants and over the years I've had plenty of different styles. He has lovely staff working for him too. Always quick to wave when I walk past or say hello when they're not in work which is really nice. My two kids wouldn't go anywhere else!
