I'm Amelie and I'm 4. I had the best haircut today. I struggle to sit still and I was really excited but my hairdresser was awesome and we had lots of fun. I love my wavy blow dry.

Sonya is a star. Lovely person, amazing colourist and styler.

This was my 3rd visit to Toni & Guy Woking and again Salvatore made feel and look fantastic He always makes you feel you are the only one in the salon and takes time to make sure you are happy with everything.

The stylist Lisa was lovely. Really pleased. She listened and I was really happy with the result. I haven't been to Toni & Guy for a few years it was nice to come back. However the receptionist was not friendly when I got there. Glad she had changed by the time I left.

Sammi never fails! She is always very helpful, caring and makes positive suggestions and is a real credit to T&G Woking!

I was impressed with customer service. Hairdresser was incredibly friendly. Offered drinks and magazines. Very thorough consultation. Really liked the colour and exactly as I had hoped for. The facilities are designed for extreme comfort. Massaging chair for hair wash and chair leg elevation. Thorough consultation on hair cut and as I had requested. There was cooling air conditioning . Generally I was very pleased with results.

I went to Toni&Guy Woking for a hair cut and later on to get my hair coloured. I wasn't so sure what I wanted on both occassions but Salvatore was there to give an advice. After both visits, i really loved how my hair turned out to be. I got the hair cut suited to my face shape and the hair colour that brightened up my face. The whole experience was also great as the staff are all attentive and very accommodating. Well-worth the money!

Lovely staff and love my new hair do. Normally pay a little less for my hair to get done but didn't mind as am very pleased with the out come :)

Simon is always excellent and considerate and does a great job! The young girl who washed and blow dried my hair today (Jade) was delightful and charming and did a great job. I wish her the greatest success for the future. I even had some signing today from another male hair dresser with glasses ( don't know his name but Italian? )

An hour spent relaxing in a very pleasant environment having my hair expertly cut by Patrick. Always courteous and an excellent salon.

Sammi is a fab hairdresser - always cheerful and always does a great job. She deserves lots of credit!

Had to use a local salon due to a relo in work. Previously Sami cut my hair (for years), went back to her again today after 6 months away and she's done a fab job of salvaging a not so good cut!

Great hair cut with Sami today, had a picture of how I wanted my hair and the result is just as I hoped.

On Sunday I walk in and there is only 1 hair stylist, 1 colourist, 1 new trainee and 1 14yr old work experience student in the entire salon. My appointment was with ******** for a cut and blowdry and I explained clearly to her at the beginning of the appt that I had my cousins wedding to attend that evening so the blowdry was extremely important to me. I even showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair blowdried with big hair and loose curls. She told me that she was very short on time but assured me I would still get that look. She cut my hair which was fine. Then she started blowdrying it but left my hair half wet as said it won't matter as I'm going to get my hair curled. She then did 2 curls on my hair and proceeded to hand over to the trainee to curl the rest of my hair. I ended up with the worst curls I have ever seen and nothing like the photo I had shown *******. I was extremely upset and had to go home and wash my hair again and this time blowdry it the way I wanted it to which was very stressful right before my cousins wedding. I was extremely disappointment with the service and lack of care that this was a special occasion for me.

1) If ******* could not achieve the look I wanted within the 45 minute appointment she should have told me at the start so I could leave the salon and maybe find another hair salon to do it or just go home sooner so that I could do my own hair. To make a false promise was very upsetting

2) I am paying £60 for a cut and blowdry as ******* is a senior hair stylist. Therefore to leave my hair half wet and get the trainee to do my curls this is completely not what I am paying for and it's a rip off

What great service I received yesterday. Cree my stylist greeted me at reception she did an excellent job her eye for detail was impressive too.
My extensions look fabulous ... thank I've booked in for a weekly blow dry so will be returning frequently in the future.

Was really anxious about having someone new cut my hair after having same stylist for the last 10 years or so, but was so pleased with my cut today by Sonya,I showed her a couple of photos of hairstyles I'd seen and she advised me what would work.Im so pleased with my hair and relieved to have found another stylist that I trust,really lovely lady easy to chat with,have already booked again with Sonya to cut my hair again before my holiday?.

Today I went to be put back right as the color I did on Saturday didn't come quite well....I saw lyla....she s fantastic.....did exactly what I asked....very happy now

Consistently amazing haircuts with Richard, going back more than 10 years, I always get comments about my hair so that's a testament to to Richards super talent.
He's always professional, funny and happy. Love having my hair cut here, such a great atmosphere and friendly too.
Always come out smiling!

Salvatore was marvelous today and the team were very pleasant and friendly - I haven't seen a hairdresser for over 6 months. Very happy with my new style and I will be back.

Coming in next week for some colouring highlights.

As always great experience with Simon. The service in the salon seem to have improved a little. Moody receptionist, was not there. Also I didn't get my scalp burnt with the random changes in temperature experienced before. Feel there was an improvement.

Went for my usual cut and blow dry men's, at Woking Tony and guy. Everyone always goes above and beyond to make sure your comfortable. Usually get cut by Richard who's awesome and today got cut by Christine, very chatty and friendly, perfect cut thank you! See you in few months!

I love going to T&G Woking. Lisa always listens to what I want and guides me if I'm being too ambitious.

Love my colour, Sarah really understood what I was trying to achieve and definitely succeeded! Not very good quality blow dry, but understand I didn't pay for this as an extra.

Had my hair coloured by Poppy. She's found a colour that matches my natural colour perfectly. I feel great and my hair looks great and she gives me great advice on when's best to make changes. Really friendly and very relaxing experience with a really professional team.
