Unfortunately due to the world today I haven’t been able to go to the salon since March...today I returned! Elle you are a miracle worker..I arrived grey and lank..I left blonde and fabulous...love it

Rhianna has done my hair a few times now and every time I leave I’m so happy with it, she’s amazing, Everyone is friendly and helpful, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now! Thank you

The salon and staff is amazing, I have been asked to pay 50% of the full balance on my consultation which is fine but in the end instead of paying remaining 50% I have been asked to pay £164.20 - 50% deposit was £75 so it made no sense

Elle is quite simply a genius!
She works her magic to give you fantastic hair cuts with the most spectacular colour transformations! Whilst making you feel welcome and important. Its a great atmosphere in the salon you never feel judge or uncomfortable just supported.

I had a full head of balayage with Elle and absolutely love the results! Everyone was super lovey from start to finish, I’m very pleased with the whole experience ?

Really lovely experience, my first time visiting and will be more than happy to book in again. All the staff were lovely, and Jenny made me feel so relaxed, she advised me and consulted with me to make sure my hair was exactly what I wanted. I had highlights, root tint and cut by Hermione being trained by Ellie. It was great to hear the encouragement from Elle and Hermione did really well. I'm so happy with the results that I've booked to go back for my next appointment.

Went from long hair to short and full hair highlights. My hair was looking very unhealthy and breakable. Elle did an amazing job and I cannot be more happy about the change.

I’ve been going to Rhianna for a couple of years now to get my hair done and she always does exactly what I want and what best suits me for such an affordable price. She and the rest of the staff are lovely and friendly and the salon is very covid safe. I can’t recommend them enough which has even seen a few of my friends to become regular customers too.

My second time at Carter & Shields (the first being pre-lockdown). I felt very safe with all the new measures in place and had a great experience - would definitely recommend to others. Great value for money, Rhianna did a great job and the products smell fantastic! Thank you :)

I went to the salon to get my hair cut after a long time. I really wasnt sure what I wanted. I trusted rhianna to just do what she felt looked good. I went from long just below shoulders hair length to a cropped Bob and I love it, she has made my hair feel and look amazing. I am so greatful.

There is a reason I travelled from North London to Woking for a post-lockdown haircut.
I have never had such a positive reaction from my husband after 10 years of hair cuts and of course I love my French bob restyle too!

If only I could persuade Jenny & Elly to relocate the salon to London (sigh).

Rhianna was great, and did a fab cut and colour - very happy with both the cut and the highlights! The salon was very adherent to all the corona guidelines, and it was lovely to go back to a salon.
