Jenny is so lovely. They are working in not the easiest of conditions at the moment, but their clients are at the forefront of everything they do.

Whilst having my hair done (which I love btw) I mentioned that my 4 year old son is terrified of getting his hair cut but Rhianna came up with a plan, she met him him and was so kind, booked him an appt and she managed to cut his hair! She even gave him a little present to say well done. He's now looking forward (kind of) to his next hair cut! We are extremely grateful!

What to say about this team ... even when the odds are stacked against them they pull together and provide a brilliant service with a smile. Jenny did a fab job today colouring and cutting my hair and I couldn't be happier.

I had Jessica style my hair today and much to my delight she did a truly AMAZING job! She’s a talented hairdresser, In all my many years of having my hair styled, this is my BEST to date.

First time here. Lovely vibe. Rhianna listened to what I wanted and came up with a lovely restyle.

I had a cut and dry this morning with Jess and it was amazing. My hair looks so so hood and was styled just how I had asked for so i couldn’t be happier. I also got so many compliments on it afterwards from people in the salon and outside. The salon was so welcoming as will which is really the foundation for a good hair appointment. Thank you everyone! Can’t fault it.

Not only are the girls amazing at what they do, they are all lovely so the salon is a really nice place to be. Elle has totally transformed my hair and I couldn’t be happier!

What can I say other than… LOVE! My hair looks and feels amazing! Jenny coloured my hair to exactly how I wanted it, and Jess cut and styled my hair to perfection! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by Megan and was offered a refreshment, Jenny discussed colouring with me and different options, Megan washed and gave my hair a treatment and Jess cut and styled my hair, and the outcome was perfect. I have very fine hair which is difficult to treat but in my appointment today, nothing was too much trouble and the atmosphere is great. Highly recommend and if you’ve not been there, you really should go! Thank you Carter and Shields ❤️

I had the pleasure of having my hair cut by the lovely Jess, she is friendly, helpful and understanding and immediately put me at ease. Jess listened to what I wanted doing and offered great advice for when I go back to get my hair coloured. All the staff at the Salon are lovely and really friendly. When leaving this review there was not an option to put in Jess’s name hence the review being in Rihanna’s name. I am looking forward to going back soon and I can not recommend them highly enough. 5*

Jess was amazing! She offered great advice with colouring my hair and achieved exactly the style I want from the picture I showed her! She continously asked if I wanted any refreshments and answered any questions I had. The whole team was very warm and welcoming even on a Friday afternoon/evening when I was the last customer!

I can not praise Elle enough, her skills are undeniably and my hair is the most beautiful it has ever been. Thank you so much for all you do for me and making me feel myself again. I love my hair. The atmosphere in the salon is always fantastic as all the team makes you feel welcome and listened to.

Jenny and Jess did my wedding hair and make up and it was amazing - I would give them six stars if I could! Jenny is my normal hairdresser, and I was so happy during one of my appointments when she mentioned they do wedding hair and make up. I booked in a trial and it was fantastic - she really listened to what I wanted, the look I was going for, what I didn't want, etc. On the day she made a few tweaks so the look was perfect and lasted all day - I really appreciated that since the trial she had been thinking about how to improve the look. I've not seen a wedding photo where I'm not overjoyed with how my hair and make up turned out. They also did my bridesmaid's hair and make up, and mother of the bride - both were so chuffed and looked incredible, and it was all done in great time so no stress on the day. Thank you again Jenny and Jess I really appreciate it ❤️

This is the only salon I keep coming back to, always come out loving my new cut.

I've had my hair cut by Jess today and also had my hair cut and coloured by Rhianna before, so now have experience of both an Apprentice and Senior Stylist - both have been excellent! The welcome you receive is very warm and the refreshments are always flowing. I feel well cared for and like my custom is appreciated, which is part of the reason I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. The info provided on my hair colour and how to grow my hair healthily is spot on; the ladies really know what they're talking about and I have confidence in their advice. Already looking forward to my summer appointment!

Fabulous cut (by Jess) and whole head colour (by Florence) overseen by Rhianna to cover the re growth of my hair and to enhance the copper colour I had previously which was brighter than it was before. I absolutely love the cut and the new colour which is a warmer red with lighter shades in between. Thank you team. You’ve provided a fantastic service.

I'm a guy and I've had long hair for nearly 20 years. I've had so many issues and poor haircuts over that time and have been nervous and reluctant to get it cut Jenny made me feel confident from the initial email and I was completely sold upon meeting her. She voiced all the concerns I'd had over the years and talked me through the cut at each stage, explaining why she was cutting it like that. I'm extremely happy with everything, the salon was lovely, the head massage was great, all in all, would definitely recommend to anyone, but especially men with long hair!

Decided to go the salon didn't know what to expect. But the staff were lovely and very welcoming. I went for a full colour and cut and she did 5 star amazing job I'm so pleased jess was brilliant thank you so much I'm so happy with the results ❤️
