So, I've been having my hair done by Elle for 20yrs, but this time I had my nails and spray tan done too. This was for a very special events! The girls made me feel relaxed, involved and informed.

I absolutely loved the outcome. I'm always impressed with my hair, but the overall make over was perfect this time.

I love the feel and atmosphere of this salon. I also love the glass of fizz. Having 3 young kids, it's he perfect escape!

This salon is immaculate, friendly and welcoming. High end finish, not too many staff so customers are spoilt and don’t have to shout over themselves to have a chat with their hairdresser. Each member of staff is highly qualified and takes their time to ensure the customer is always 100% happy. I cannot recommend the salon enough it is a hidden gem of Woking

So where to start, I love this place.... I’m not a fan of walking in somewhere new especially on my own but ever since my 1st visit back in June I never felt so at ease

Jenny is brilliant and always knows what I want before I want it. I always leave feeling great new hair new me right???? Well that’s how I always leave carter and shields definitely won’t be going anywhere else

This place is absolutely wonderful. The staff and owners are an absolute delight.
Carter and Shield are every bit worth it. I went in for a consultation as I would like to donate my hair to the Princess foundation (at some stage), Elle has helped me not only with a plan of action, but also ideas on how to keep my hair healthy. She managed to match the colour of my hair, and I left feeling like a princess. Can't wait for the next visit.

After years of being with the same stylist it takes a girl a lot to entrust her locks to a new salon. Well, I'm so pleased I did ... what a refreshing and friendly place this is. OK, I was a tad aprehensive of the unknown but after my second visit today I know I've found a real little gem. Good professional consultation to determine what I wanted and the end result was fab-u-lous, so chuffed. A little more adventurous with colour this time and Elle has transformed my hair with glowing colour. It has to be said that they also looked after my elderly disabled mother with care and understanding and made her feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you ladies xx
