Great service a cut for my two daughters
First visit to the glass house and it was fantastic. Chelsie knew exactly what I wanted and I have not been disappointed. Professional, friendly, relaxed environment where I was made to feel special. Already booked my next appointment. Colour/ cut/ dry best I’ve ever had ?

Service ok but to make further appointments another issue due to Ascot in June. Disappointing that as a customer since the shop opened everything changed for Toysl Ascot not happy due to issues with appointments over the past few months

Staff very friendly and helpful. My only concern is the price of getting my hair cut increases every visit and I am not informed of the increase prior to the visit.
From arriving at the salon for a consultation and leaving post a fabulous new haircut, the customer service, warmth of the team and professionalism, was second to none.
Andrew spent a lot of time explaining and discussing what would suit my hair and face and he was so spot on - I love it ?.
