Such a nice experience coming to your salon . I was made to feel very well treated . Andrew did an an excellent haircut and blow dry.. he made me feel extremely comfortable not at all intimidating as one feels in some salons . I will definitely be back

Tbh the colour was good, hairdresser was pleasant but back home after a colour my hair is soft and shiny I didn't get that from your salon regardless of menopause etc etc bit disappointed tbh
Lukes been cutting my hair for over 5 years and just too perfect in his craft and you can just tell he really takes pride in his craft and cant see myself going to any other barber

I came to the Glasshouse for a completely new look and was very impressed by Chelsie who did a great job. Her advice and skill created a new style whilst at the same time helping me donate my long hair to a children’s cancer charity. Very pleased with the new look! All the staff were friendly.
Chelsea was brilliant to sort out my bad colour experience from another salon. Made me feel very welcome and great atmosphere. I felt like I was in good hands.
My first time getting my hair done in the salon and it was such a great experience. Chelsea did my hair and she was fantastic. Her warm welcoming personality made me feel so at ease and comfortable. She knew exactly what I wanted and did my hair perfect. She really is an asset to the salon and I think she is absolutely lovely. The atmosphere in the salon is a really lovely one and you can see everyone gets along so well (a great team). Lovely salon with lovely staff!
Cathy, Andrew,John and the entire team at GlassHouse provide exceptional service. They make you feel welcomed when you walk in the door and beautiful when you walk out. I have been using Glasshouse for 8 years and will continue even if I no longer live in Virginia Water - they are that good!
I have been going here for a few months now and I can finally say I have found a hairdressers that knows what I need . The staff are friendly and welcoming , they are all highly skilled in their profession and I come out feeling a million dollars .
It was lovely to return to the Glasshouse after 8 years away. Superb colour advice from John who sorted out my very faded roots expertly. A day later I went back for an updo with Grace - and my goodness, my family and all my friends went wild! If you need a really classy updo for your long hair, go to Grace at the Glasshouse!

As always, arrived at the salon feeling less than glamorous and after Kathy worked her magic with highlights, which compliment my skin tone. After a cut she finished off with a superb blow dry. Lovely friendly atmosphere. What more could you possibly want from s trip to the hairdressers!

I am very nervous when it comes to having my hair highlighted. This is as a result of some bad experiences. I visited Rebecca today for highlights and she immediately reassured me. Rebecca told me what she thought she should do in terms of colour. To say I am over the moon with my hair would be an understatement. It has been many many years since I have been happy with my highlights.
I wouldn’t consider anyone other than Andrew styling and colouring my hair now. I always leave feeling uplifted and delighted by his craftsmanship. This salon is second to none and is testament to the lovely people that make it a very special place to visit. Wholeheartedly recommend!
