Hi I had a very good experience at the glass house Andrew was very good and I was very pleased with my blow dry it was a bit more expensive than I would usually pay
Both myself and my boys have our hair done with Andrew and cathy and jodie. The service we get is fantastic. They are all so friendly and professional and listen to what you want. They make you feel very at ease and it's a great salon experience. The receptionists too are very helpful and a great team. Thanks everyone x p.s I never write these reviews so it must be good!
John does my hair. I don't always want my hair styled in the same way. But whatever I request is always delivered just the way I like it. Perfect! Thank you!

The lovely Rebecca had a cancellation so very considerately extended my colour only appointment to include a hair cut as she knew I'd want both. Brilliant customer service and fantastic hair cut & colour too.
I always love coming here where all the staff are always unfailingly polite . Andrew always listens to my requests and colours and cuts my hair beautifully. The salon is relaxing and the coffee and magazines great quality . A v good experience .

I have been coming here for over 3 years and regularly have blow dries, cut and colour. The service is always good, on time and reasonably priced. I am very fussy with my long hair, particularly for colour which sums up the trust I have with Daisy, John and the whole team at The Glasshouse.
I needed colour correcting and they did absolutely amazing job ! So pleased with the final result! Stacey was so lovely. Thanks x

Had a gentleman's haircut with one of the Directors and I would not go back - worst cut I've had in the last couple of years.
The Director clearly had too little experience with men's hair, and did not cut it as I asked despite me explicitly telling her how I wanted it multiple times. Not good considering I paid £35 for someone to ruin my hair, which I then had to get doctored back to shape by a different barber in Windsor two weeks later.
The salon is clearly not designed to cut men's hair, so they should not be offering to in the first place.
I thought that the service was very good, and that the end result was what I wished for.

Despite having moved out of the area, I still visit the Glass House as they do such a great job with my hair. On top of that, the staff are always super friendly and it's always a lovely experience.
Everyone smiles and everyone does a great job, especially Daisy, she makes old men look cool!
