The lovely Rebecca had a cancellation so very considerately extended my colour only appointment to include a hair cut as she knew I'd want both. Brilliant customer service and fantastic hair cut & colour too.
I always love coming here where all the staff are always unfailingly polite . Andrew always listens to my requests and colours and cuts my hair beautifully. The salon is relaxing and the coffee and magazines great quality . A v good experience .

I have been coming here for over 3 years and regularly have blow dries, cut and colour. The service is always good, on time and reasonably priced. I am very fussy with my long hair, particularly for colour which sums up the trust I have with Daisy, John and the whole team at The Glasshouse.
I needed colour correcting and they did absolutely amazing job ! So pleased with the final result! Stacey was so lovely. Thanks x

Had a gentleman's haircut with one of the Directors and I would not go back - worst cut I've had in the last couple of years.
The Director clearly had too little experience with men's hair, and did not cut it as I asked despite me explicitly telling her how I wanted it multiple times. Not good considering I paid £35 for someone to ruin my hair, which I then had to get doctored back to shape by a different barber in Windsor two weeks later.
The salon is clearly not designed to cut men's hair, so they should not be offering to in the first place.
I thought that the service was very good, and that the end result was what I wished for.

Despite having moved out of the area, I still visit the Glass House as they do such a great job with my hair. On top of that, the staff are always super friendly and it's always a lovely experience.
Everyone smiles and everyone does a great job, especially Daisy, she makes old men look cool!

Very pleasant experience at Glass House today. Very busy the whole time I was there which was approx 2 hrs. I had colour and treatment and blow dry. Loved the final result I'll definitely be going back

Cathy is a gifted colourist and talented cutter and runs a team and salon which are a pleasure to visit.
I've been going to this salon for years and it's always a fantastic experience.
The staff are always friendly and chatty and I've never had a bad haircut. I also had my hair done for my wedding here, as did my bridesmaids and the staff made it so special for me.
Would recommend anyone to give this salon a try!

The all round experience when you have an appointment st the Glass House is excellent. The care, expertise and knowledge shown in respect of your hair. The fantastic hair wash and head massage as welll as trendy, friendly surroundings leaves you in no doubt that you are in the hands of professionals who have a passion for their work. I travel an hour from home to this salon and it is very much worth it. Not cheap, you get the quality you pay for. Thank you Andrew for restoring the condition and my confidence in my hair.
Daisy gave me a root touch up and highlights today. She never fails to do an excellent job! She's not only friendly but experienced and professional. I would highly recommend her. I also got the best head massage I've ever received after the color was rinsed! That alone was worth every penny!

My hairdresser knows exactly how i like my hair cutting and also does a good job of my highlights. The Salon is bright and cheerful with lovely displays of fresh flowers and a great cup or two of Earl Grey Tea. Also there is a good selection of reading matter. I always enjoy my time at the Glasshouse.
They always blend my highlights well and give me very natural, healthy looking hair. It's a nice bright, clean space so it's pleasant even on dull grey days. They look after me well with cups of tea and friendly chat.
