I needed an urgent appointment before holiday and Kathy and Chelsea came through for me. There were no hair cut slows available so after the highlights Chelsea kindly did a very thorough fringe trim to remove weight around around my face. She went beyond the normal course of duty. I was so impressed and hopefully tipped appropriately given the extra effort she/they went to. This will make all the difference for my holiday this Monday. 🥇

I love my hair cut!! A basic bob needs knowledge of how hair falls. Glass House has been an icon in Virginia water for many years. While some of the stylists have moved on, the core group has taught and trained many new stylist who progress well. Prices have gone up as expected but maybe offer a rewards card?

Once again, the Glasshouse surpassed all our highest expectations. John has a brilliant line in precision colouring, Grace has a superb repertoire of adorable up-dos and what is more, Manager Cathy can source your makeup artist for the big day too. It’s a terrifically great experience and I cannot recommend it enough as one exceedingly happy Mother of the Bride!
Every member of staff is friendly and professional. My stylist Andrew is attentive and actively listens to how I want my hair styled. He gives advice and my hair always looks amazing. Will never go anywhere else- its worth the drive to get such a great service & fabulous hair.
What a classy salon in Virgina water . The owner Cathy did my hair and added tape extensions . My hair has never looked better , Cathy knows exactly what she’s doing and my hair looks like a vogue cover shot .
