I had such a wonderful experience at this salon! From the moment I walked in, the owner made me feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. She took the time to really assess the condition of my hair and gave me honest, helpful advice about what it needed and how she could help improve it. I truly appreciated her knowledge, transparency, and the care she put into everything she did. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely passionate about helping people feel confident and look their best. I left not only with healthier, better-looking hair but also with a plan moving forward to keep it that way. I’m so grateful for the experience and will absolutely be coming back

Beautiful salon, friendly staff. Chelsie who cut my hair today is lovely but more important a good listener and therefore understands what you want her to achieve which is not always easy for a short haircut. Will be back!

The salon is the friendliest and most efficient salon we can find in this area. They are friendly with all ages and offer a delicious cappuccino on the way in. Rebecca’s cuts are second to none! The best.

I needed an urgent appointment before holiday and Kathy and Chelsea came through for me. There were no hair cut slows available so after the highlights Chelsea kindly did a very thorough fringe trim to remove weight around around my face. She went beyond the normal course of duty. I was so impressed and hopefully tipped appropriately given the extra effort she/they went to. This will make all the difference for my holiday this Monday. 🥇

I love my hair cut!! A basic bob needs knowledge of how hair falls. Glass House has been an icon in Virginia water for many years. While some of the stylists have moved on, the core group has taught and trained many new stylist who progress well. Prices have gone up as expected but maybe offer a rewards card?
