I DO NOT recommend *****. He doesn’t listen and doesn’t communicate with customer at all. I asked for ombré on darker hair and received blonde baleyage/highlights from my roots (I even showed him a picture of my hair with this colour). I had to ask him to put the toner on my roots as there were bleached! To be honest highlights are super precise but it’s not what I wanted at all. Then he didn’t even spend 10 minutes cutting my hair. Very disappointing service. I might give the Glass House another shot but won’t come back to *****...
I’ve visited the salon 3 times now. And I was blown away by the level of professionalism. You can see that owner has direct positive impact on every and individual Employee which reflects on excellent customer care and satisfaction . Keep it going guys.

Very well organised in terms of COVID. Masks worn by customers. All staff had face shields. Very few people in the building. Hand sanitizer placed at door and on all counters. Lots of cleaning being done all around.
Felt very safe and organised.
And of course Rebecca has got rid of my grey and cut my hair beautifully. Thank you. X

Brilliant hair cut
It was a great experience this afternoon. 3 family members at the same time. Andrew was fantastic with my 8 year old who had cut her own hair - she left a happy girl! Alice did a great hair do and my daughter Gabriella was really pleased with her trim and blow dry. Thank you all x

The recent investment into the Salon shows Cathy has a beautiful vision and goals for the salon! Then there is the hair itself, my post partnum hair was in desperate need If a revamp and Cathy delivered!! 10/10

I am so pleased to have found John at the Glasshouse.
He remembered me instantly but more importantly he remembered my hair and it’s quirks!
He is simply lovely and I don’t ever leave feeling I need to get in the car and adjust my new hair style.
He also has fabulously strong hands and gives the best head massage in the county.
