Find the salon very welcoming from the time you arrive at reception to being taken to your stylist. Always a pleasure to sit in comfort surroundings, offered a cup of coffee or tea and enjoy a selection of magazines whilst waiting for my colour to take. The Glass House is one of those rare salons where you walk in for a trim and somehow leave feeling like you've had a minor life upgrade. It's warm, open friendly- and staffed by stylists who clearly know their craft.
Andrew, in particular, seems to possess an almost mystical understanding of my hair: what it's doing, what it should be doing, and how to coax it into framing my face like it actually likes me. I always leave feeling alive, confident, and slightly convinced he's some sort of hair whisperer.
Love this place - all the staff of so warm and friendly! And Andrew is a magician with my hair!! Thank you x

I’ve been going to this salon the glasshouse in Virginia Water for about three months now, and my experience has been incredible. Caris did my colour and it turned out perfectly, and Kathi did my hair extensions—they both are so talented. I walked out of the salon yesterday feeling like a million dollars and so happy with my hair. I truly love coming here and couldn’t recommend them more.i am beyond happy and I turned up at the salon an hour and 15 minutes before my appointment and both hairdressers were able to do my hair without me waiting around even though they were so busy and rushed off their feet. They still made time to do my hair earlier so I could get home earlier.
Cath leads a wonderful salon, with a superb team who genuinely bring an atmosphere of happiness.

I have been coming to Glass house for a while. I am particular about my hair colour and the two hairdressers i go to always get it right. Very pleased, and i love going there.
Naturally, I was a little apprehensive as I had taken the decision to change my usual hairdresser. I was delighted with the haircut and care shown by the hairdresser‘ Rebecca and will definitely return.
It’s always a super fun experience with John when you get a great haircut and his side of the conversation is just full of humour! His talent and artistry in cutting hair is fabulous! He’s one of the best!!
