Was greeted at reception and got offered tea.
My hairdresser Pia was very friendly and kind she first consulted with me what style I wanted before washing my hair, scalp massage was great, then had front layers, new shorter style and bangs. Lovely straight blowdry and a glass of Prosecco to finish, thank you!

Pia unfortunately couldn't highlight my hair due to it being so weak. However, she checked what she could do & wow, did she come up trumps. Put a permanent toner on and still look beautiful blonde. The whole team are fantastic and help each other out when possible. Thank you so much Pia for making my hair lovely for Christmas and beyond. Hazel has been styling my hair for a fair few years now. I travel down from Manchester to have Hazel cut and colour my hair. This is the 3rd salon I've been visiting her at, and the one with the best vibe.
My hair looks amazing, the colour and style as agreed during the consultation.

Every time you walk through the door you are made to feel welcome. The staff are great. The facilities are second to none. Emily always does an amazing job and this is one of the nicest salons I have been to.

I just had a brilliant first appointment at Mova with Hazel! I was in for full head of foils, cut and finish, my hair came out perfect! Hazel is a consummate professional with clients, totally listening when I say I only want a tiny trim:-). I highly recommend Hazel and the whole Mova experience!

Not very happy with my hair cut my husband was very annoyed they was a chunk of hair at the back taken out an wasn’t start I’m not happy really I was with **** an she just passed me on to someone else I don’t know why
I don’t like complaining I feel very awkward an not sure what to do about coming back in the future it’s a shame loved Megan cutting my hair
