Megan discussed the colour thoroughly and knew exactly what I wanted and delivered it perfectly couldn’t ask for anything better!

Pia cut our sons hair today - grown out undercut and very long top knot, which she turned into a gorgeous shorter pre teen style - Pia was engaging and took the time to really talk to our son, making him feel super comfortable (he is NOT a fan of haircuts, never has been - but Mova is the only place we will come because the service and care is phenomenal) we honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Megan was helpful and very polite. I really enjoyed her conversation.

I'm very happy with my wash, cut and blow dry. Hazel listened to what I wanted and carefully cut and styled my hair. Up until now, I've always used budget salons, so have paid more than I'm used to paying but I'm very happy with the result and quality of my hair cut. I also really liked the friendliness and professionalism of the salon. I'll definitely be returning and would recommend Mova salon.

My adult autistic daughter loves going to Mova in Staines . She is treated with respect and affection by all the staff and she comes out looking like a million dollars thanks to Guiseppe’s cut . Mova is one of the few places she feels very comfortable in and can just let her constant anxiety diminish for a while in such supportive company . My third time using Mova and my second visit with stylist Hazel and it was a lovely experience. Hazel listens to your requirements but gives helpful advice too, which is great.

I've been very depressed with the amount of hair loss over the last 2 years from hormones and stress. I can't style my hair at all like I used to, close to giving up. As my hairdresser suddenly moved out the area I rang around, liked the sound of Mova salon and Hazel. I couldn't have asked for a more understanding and sensitive new hairdresser, who can work with the difficulties my fine hair brings. Being close in age (fifties) helps. The reception and other staff there were welcoming and friendly too, despite my embarrassment, so I'm very grateful, to find that and have a haircut that has added surprising volume, sassiness and shape without being staid. Thank you.

I have been going to Hazel for about a year now and have always had brilliant experience. Her work is always amazing and EXACTLY what I ask her for! She takes so much time to ensure I am happy with every step and is realistic about what would work on my hair but always has alternative and other suggestions to work round it. Her honesty makes me even more confident of her amazing abilities as a stylist as well as her lovely bubbly perosnality! She is a credit to Mova. The salon itself is always so nice and welcoming, everyone is lovely and I always feel very well looked after. They clearly have a close knit staff dynamic which shows through the atmosphere in the salon and makes it an even more lovely place to be. It makes my little treat to myself getting my hair done even more special.

Really enjoyed coming to the salon for the first time. Hazel was very experienced and had fanastic customer service skills. She put me at ease and really listened to what i had asked for and gave really good advice and what options i had about changing my hair colour. Hazel took her time and i didnt feel at all rushed. I had Brodie colour my hair and it was amazing. I totally ? recommend using her for colouring hair . I then had Joe finish the look with a cut and blow dry whom I always book for this service.. The finished result was fantastic. I left there feeling like a new person what a result highly recommend Mova Staines .
