James gave me a lovly cut today I felt well cared for. Given a personal pack contain a gown and mask and I could see how each area was cleaned after each treatment.
The how atmosphere is very pleasant and friendly.

Anna is clearly experienced and is always professional. She is friendly and cheerful, listens to what you say, makes suggestions & helpful comments, nothing seems too much trouble.

I’ve been looking for a local salon since lockdown has lifted and I’m so happy with my choice at Toni & Guy. I had balayage done by Gemma who is a great colourist and I’m very happy with my results. Then I had a cut by Luisa who gave great advice which resulted in a great cut. A lovely welcoming salon and worth future visits!

I saw Luisa this morning for the first time, and this was also my first cut since lockdown. She went out of her way to ensure my hair was how I wanted it and I left the salon looking and feeling great.. without the hard sell of additional products you get with some salons. Happy customer, will be re-booking with her before my hols ?

I was very impressed with the level of salon hygiene and social distancing measures as well as the PPE worn by all staff.

Gemma coloured my hair offering really genuine advice about what was the best colour option for my hair, the result was perfect. The olaplex treatment is one I would recommend as it leaves my hair so much silkier. Anna styled my hair with such finesse, it was a really good experience with staff who genuinely want the best for you. The atmosphere was as good as it could be with masks and PPE, but I felt very safe. Thank you.

I came into Toni and Guy Reigate with one cut and style in mind. However after an depth consultation I decided to try something which I was advised would suit me a lot more - and I definitely feel like this was the correct choice. I did highlights, a cut and an undercut all which were amazing, top results. I was also given tips on how to maintain the style I have as much as possible. I’m very pleased.

Having been going here for 20 years, I’ve always loved the team but to be charged £150 for a colour and blow dry is crazy. Sadly I will have to look for a new salon.

I cannot come back. My colour and cut has gone from £85 to £150 every 4 weeks which is just too expensive

Thank you Toni & Guy for opening the salon on Sunday especially for us NHS workers. I arrived with my drab lockdown hair and left with a great new style and feeling great, all thanks to Luisa who was fantastic with her advice, skill and professionalism. I will definitely be back again and thoroughly recommend Luisa & the Reigate salon.

As usual, greeted by a smiley, welcoming Natali (even though she was sanitising her work station!). Great cut and excellent service. All hygiene procedures much appreciated. However, not happy with huge rise in price for cut and blow dry.

Price increase !!! Extortionate.. reviewing other salons pricing after I left , felt the price increase unjustified.. other reputable branded salons have put a small increase to cover cost due to COVID .

Having been a regular customer at T&G I was over the moon to get a post Covid appointment for a long over due haircut however, I was in for a big shock. I wasn't expecting my usual gold standard service by any means but the one I did receive was completely below par. Apart from absolutely terrible customer service my cut was atrocious and the colour was a lot lighter than I usually have even though the salon has a card with my details on. What has shocked me most was the extortionate increase in charges. I have short hair and usually have a few highlights with a tint, for this I paid a staggering £265, a 40% increase from what I usually pay. When I discussed this with the new manager he informed me that the increase was due to needing to recuperate funds back for the salon. Needless to say I will not be returning!

I've been a regular at T&G Reigate for 18 years. The stylists are always skilful and friendly. However, returning after lockdown for a std. Mens wash and cut, I could believe that I was charged £70 !! £70 for a "mens cut". I was informed by the new owner that the new pricing was in line with other local branches, but I have called around and found the average price is £50. A 30% price hike is outrageous and unjustified. I wont be going back!
