Sarah was amazing. She made me feel so much less anxious about managing my hair, and for the first time in a long while I feel genuinely confident about returning to a salon. I’ve been disappointed in the past, but I now feel completely reassured that I’ll be in safe hands for future visits.
Everyone was polite and charming, the atmosphere was lovely, and I didn’t feel uncomfortable at any point during my experience. I’m really looking forward to coming back. 🙂

Grace provided an excellent corrective cut for my 8-year-old daughter, whose hair was initially cut incorrectly at a different salon, leading to disappointment and tears.
Grace was professional and immediately put my daughter at ease. She took the time to listen carefully to our concerns and her encouraging approach helped my daughter feel confident enough to agree to a slightly shorter style than planned.
Grace proactively took the initiative to double-check her plan with a senior stylist, ensuring we received the best possible outcome. I was booked with Paige who left and had grace - it was hair up - no wash - and a bit of a tong and a few grips in my hair and charged £65! The finished result was certainly not worth £65 - very disappointed

It is difficult for 14-year-old boy to communicate what he wants, and Stuart has somehow given him the best haircut ever!
