This was my first time at the beauty studio. When I arrived I received a warm welcome, it was as if I had been there before.
Everything was clean and tidy with nice music playing in the background and the staff were friendly and happy.
Amy did my wax and she was brilliant and I will be returning every month.

Willow has done my spray tans a few times now. I always feel comfortable and she is really thorough with the coverage. The tan lasts well.

Lovely, friendly and professional- great eye lift / tint and brows too. Great with fine details of treatment and also ensuring I was comfortable with blanket and underknee bolster. Highly recommend

I have had many appointments at the salon since moving locally and the therapists are always so welcoming, kind and polite. It’s by far the best salon I have visited and I feel so lucky it’s so close to my home. I have recently seen Amy and Joleigh and can’t fault any part of my experience and would highly recommend. I booked Georgia specifically as I had a massage before with her, and she really helped get the knots out my right shoulder. Firm enough to feel relieving but still relaxing, just perfect.

I came in for full bikini and half leg wax. I have had it done before (but not for over a year) Joleigh was so, so lovely and made me feel so comfortable. Yes it was painful, but she was so quick and delicate! 100% coming back again!

What a lovely beauty salon. We had an lovely welcome from reception through to kindness shown from Amy who was calm and patient when my daughter started getting anxious about having her ears pierced. Amy didn’t rush her, and reassured her and got there in the end. Thank you! One happy child now.

I wish I had words that can better express how happy I am with this lady. I’ve seen her 4 times since I’ve been coming to the institute. 2 occasion on hot wax and 2 back massage. She delivers the best wax I’ve ever had without pain and what can I say about her massage, the best!!! I had a baby 5 months ago and I’ve suffered long time with back problems and she fixed me. Just thank you to her.
