Sorry you feel that way about my new payment system. Clients have been asking me for years to be able to leave a tip on credit/debit cards. I have now impemented that and clients are generally happy about it, because people don't carry cash anymore. It's very hard to keep thousands of clients happy in that instance. There is an option to skip the tip at the top of machine, because I totally understand not everyone would like to leave a tip.
