We both use Louise, who is a really friendly person & great stylist

I was staying at a nearby Gatwick hotel before an early flight to a wedding in Spain, and really wanted some waxing. I walked into SueJane at about 5 pm and the lovely Hayley managed to fit me in and was absolutely lovely. I was in quite a stressed mood but she was very soothing and fun. She suggested eyebrow waxing too, which I'd never had, and she did it brilliantly! Will definitely return if I fly from Gatwick again.

I visited the salon for 1st time yesterday. I cannot speak highly enough of the attention I received from both Sophie who did a great job on my cut and blow dry, and Daniel on reception, very friendly and chatty. A lovely coffee and biscuits too. Great to get 25% off and an offer of 20% off my next appt which I booked. All in all a lovely experience.

I always look forward to my caci facial at Sue Jane’s. Her treatment room is relaxing & Sue Jane does the caci so well. She is a lovely, friendly lady & it is always a treat to see her & relax from the world for a while.

Called in to see if I could get my hair done a week early, so pleased they could fit me in, really lovely cut and blow dry with the usual friendly helpful service.

I was looked after by smiling staff as soon as I walked through the door. Sue took the time to embrace my sudden desire to try something different, and the haircut was fab. Even the cuppa was spot on!

I recently had colour treatment and cut with Amy. Fantastic service yet again :) Love the colour and cut. All staff are very friendly and professional. All covid19 precautions are in place and felt very comfortable and at ease. Cant wait for my next visit!!!!

All staff are friendly and there is a family atmosphere. All stylists that have cut my hair have been attentive to what I have wanted and interested in more than my hair.

Sue has been styling and colouring my hair for many years and is always so fantastic. Her salon is so welcoming and professional and a really relaxing experience. She is a very experienced skilled hair stylist and runs a really positive team of skilled stylists and colourists.

Hadn't had my hair done for months and it was my first time with Amy. I explained that I was wondering what to do for an upcoming wedding. She offered to curl it for me as a practice even though it wasn't prearranged. Absolutely delighted with the result. A great experience.
