After finding an amazing hairdresser I was very sad to hear she was leaving and very nervous to have someone new work on my hair, however it seems Academy has given me yet another amazing hairdresser! Chiara has done my hair a few times now and never fails to make it look anything but amazing, I've always wanted blue in my hair and have always been talked out of it, Chiara however is my hero, I now have blue in my hair and absolutely love it, if you want to go to a salon where they do exactly what you ask for and make you love your hair then go to Acadamey, thank you Chiara for making me not only look good but feel good too :)

Chiara has been my stylish for over 10 years. She is always attentive to how I have been getting on with my hair in between appointments and has helpful suggestions to help with any problem issues. She takes time to really tame my thick frizzy hair into a beautiful tamed design that I can actually recreate myself. She will also stir me away from wild ideas that wouldn't suit me or that would take me hours to manage. She is also a pleasure to chat too. I look forward to every appointment.

Had my hair done today...long overdue!!! All the staff were amazing - friendly and professional and completely put me at ease, as I was nervous going for quite a change!! The whole experience was great from start to end, from the warm greeting at reception to the overall finish. Having not had my haircut for over a year Kat did a great job at taking a good few inches off!! Thanks Kat. And a huge thank you to Chiara who transformed my hair colour...I absolutely love it...and adding the olaplex treatment has made my hair feel and look so silky smooth. Left the salon very happy and will 100% be back again!!! Thanks girls x

Being nervous of coming to the hairdressers I was put at ease straight away. I was extremely happy with the colour of my highlights and the cut was great and I will be back.

Very happy with my new hairdo. Chiara did exactly what I asked for. I ve given less for the atmosphere purely because the air conditioning guys were in for maintenance.

I can't fault much about my experience, everyone was really nice, the stylist took time to get my trim just right - the only downside was the cost, I hadn't checked beforehand and that was my fault but it was considerably more than I'd paid previously in local salons.

The staff are fantastic, and incredibly well trained. Maurizio is an absolute expert and provides a perfect cut every time; no stray hairs, no disappointment for not doing the style required, it's fantastic. Claudia's head massages are amazing too! It's a little more than I'm used to paying, but you really do get the quality you pay for and it's well worth it!

Fabulous highlights and cut with Amy. Totally transforming. She is very clever with her highlighting techniques. Truly appreciated from a mum who never has time for anything special.

Very pleased yet again with my .. having arrived for a cut & blow dry .. asking for a colour on my roots .. no trouble in fact a pleasing smile came upon assistant 12 who was only too pleased to oblige .. the colour was great and blow dry .. hair was washed with care felt I had had my hair washed well .. lovely caring staff .. love coming to the salon
