Went in to have my long hair trimmed. The hairdressers cut and then blow dried my hair and used straighteners to curl it. The next day I discovered the front section of my hair had been completely burnt. I went back and they tried conditioning treatments, but they did not work. Hair was still extremely brittle and breaking. No follow up call from the salon as promised. I have lost approx 6 -8 inches from the length, that section is now at chin level. Can not believe I was not even offered a refund-very poor.

I first came into the salon a few months back with awful hair, but Danielle has completely changed that. Danielle consulted me on what my end vision was for my hair, gave me tips on how to improve the condition and has completely transformed my hair with a mixture of full head and half head highlights - whilst keeping its condition brilliantly.
