I arrived for my first time and was instantly welcomed by the team and introduced to Annette who asked me about the cut I would like. I like to have an unusual haircut, I call it an 'assmetric pixie' cut and after sharing a few inspirational and past photos with Annette she got to work. She kept checking in with me and I could tell she felt a little apprehensive as it was an unusual cut but she had no need to worry. They demonstrate their skills and advice in their desire to please and nothing is too much trouble. Chiara is an excellent and supportive manager, leading by example. First "Hair Cut" in a while....from long to short, so was a bit ambivalent tobgin with, and anxious. Talia was just great, so welcoming and helpful. I couldn’t be happier with my hair and left the salon feeling confident and beautiful. Chiara always makes sure to listen to what I want and recommends what’s best. I tried a new cut as I have seen the style from a friend and I will be sticking to that hairstyle from now on and the way she did my colour was amazing. Everyone was just welcoming as always and I love it.
