I arrived for my first time and was instantly welcomed by the team and introduced to Annette who asked me about the cut I would like. I like to have an unusual haircut, I call it an 'assmetric pixie' cut and after sharing a few inspirational and past photos with Annette she got to work. She kept checking in with me and I could tell she felt a little apprehensive as it was an unusual cut but she had no need to worry. The finished cut was perfect and I booked a follow up appointment with her straight aaway. THANK YOU!

Niamh did an amazing job on my hair. I was so uncertain on going brunette but she did such a great job and i love it so much. The colour is beautiful and my hair felt so healthy and soft after. I’ll definitely be coming back to her!

Chiara and all the girls at The Academy are very special people. I visit the salon every week and they are always both professional and fun! They demonstrate their skills and advice in their desire to please and nothing is too much trouble. Chiara is an excellent and supportive manager, leading by example. I always feel better after my weekly visit, especially over the past seven months since my husband died. Every one of the team has shown such care and kindness which has helped so much at this time. I cannot thank them enough, especially Chiara for her ‘listening ear’ and patience. I’ve never been disappointed in the end result and absolutely love my new highlights!

First "Hair Cut" in a while....from long to short, so was a bit ambivalent tobgin with, and anxious. Talia was just great, so welcoming and helpful. She was recommended to me, and I will happily recommend her. She took time and trouble to ensure my hair was exactly as I had envisaged, and wished it to be. I couldn’t be happier with my hair and left the salon feeling confident and beautiful. Chiara always makes sure to listen to what I want and recommends what’s best. I tried a new cut as I have seen the style from a friend and I will be sticking to that hairstyle from now on and the way she did my colour was amazing. I have not had my hair cut in years not even a trim , as years back not a nice look experience elsewhere.. was talking to Jodie & she said I can trim now for you … it was what I needed and not time to think .. Jodie not only listened closely and advised really well on how to manage dry and unruly hair but she completely put me at ease while I looked after my toddler and was very warm and accommodating. My hair was left really smooth and I learnt about scalp scans and helpful products. A great experience!
