I had my hair coloured by Amy Belchamber. She is very friendly and professional and the quality of the colouring highlights is the best I have ever seen. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I love coming here. The treatment is amazing, the staff friendly and talkative. The hair wash is lovely with the massage chair.

In love with the final result! The service was incredible and the staff would offer you hot drinks while waiting for the hair to dry. Hairdressers are super talented and friendly. Definitely would visit again!

Once again, I’m very happy with my hair colour after my recent visit to Amy at Toni and Guy Guildford. It’s a long time (25 years+) since I started using the salon, and over the years all the stylists and colourists have been great at what they do. The vibe is always very friendly and modern, and the decor has been updated several times over the years. Well done Tim, you’re still winning!

Great service, comfortable and friendly

I normally get my highlights done by Bet. She is amazing and I always leave happy. However, after my colour was done, the girl who blow dried my hair made me want to cry. She did not brush my hair properly to start with and when she was drying my hair with the round brush she was pulling really hard that I had so many pieces of hair falling out. When I told her that it was hurting really bad she just told me that I should get a treatment or a mask done, and continued with her process. I was really disappointed and I honestly wanted to cry when I saw my hair getting destroyed

Very pleased with hairdresser, haircut and advice on style prior to cut. Haven’t visited this salon previously for a while as always seemed to be disappointed with the overall salon experience (not the hairdresser and cut). Thought I would try again to see if it had improved but have to say I was still disappointed. The massage chair didn’t seem to work properly, it just went up and down my legs not on my back. The person washing my hair was very pleasant but the head massage was pretty short. For the prices charged and as a high end salon, I would expect to feel a little more pampered, Particularly when my budget is tight and my salon visit is regarded as a treat. Can’t fault the hairdresser and cut, very pleased with both.

Tim Avery always sorts out my hair so I look and feel 10 years younger when I leave his Salon in Guildford. Of course I am very old so 10 years is nothing!!

She was absolutely superb. Gave me sterling advice on my damaged hair aswell as a great cut. Super hairdresser. Would thoroughly recommend her.

I have been coming to this salon for over 20 years and I am always impressed with the amazing level of service - from the reception team as soon as you walk in, to the lady who brings tea and coffee, to the trainees who wash your hair to the amazing stylists and colour technicians. Absolutely awesome team.
