I had a balayage with David and Lottie cut my hair. I had a couple bad experiences in Guildford with smaller salons that just did not know how to handle my very thick, curly hair. I then didn't have my hair cut for some time. After biting the bullet, I decided to go for a completely different hair style. I feel confident about my hair now, I look forward to styling it. It is so much easier to deal with and I have received so many compliemnts due to their hard work. Thank you for making me finally feel happy about my hair!

I was really looking forward to my appointment. It was my first time at the salon and I loved the decor and the friendly front of house staff. The woman who washed my hair was brilliant. Unfortunately during my haircut, my stylist kept stopping me mid-conversation to speak to other members of staff. I understand that some things can't wait but I would've preferred that she excused herself and spoke to her colleagues separately rather than interrupt me mid-sentence and speak to them whilst she had her hands in my hair! This happened five or six times during my appointment. My cut was just a trim to get rid of the split ends and a straight blow dry finish but my hair still has a lot of split ends and wasn't straight when she said she was finished. I think maybe she was bored or just didn't really care about me as a customer - I'm not sure. I hate complaining about stuff but as a student I only have my hair done once every six months because of the expense and it has always been a treat and an hour of pampering and relaxation for me and this unfortunately felt like the complete opposite and left me more stressed out! I thought it was important to explain how I felt the cut went. As I said, the salon is lovely and most of the staff were really friendly but I felt really let down as I left after my appointment.

Hair cut fabulous. Saturday girl lovelies and polite. Thank goodness coffee machine has been repaired.
However the salon was dirty - floor , seats , glass shelves all need cleaning. Seats worn out. I note prices increase on Monday - the place needs a good overhaul.

Always get hair cut with Louise. Always great, and always a pleasure to see her. I like early cuts as the salons quieter and the atmospheres not so frantic, but it’s frantic because the salon is great and popular - so that’s a good thing!

I had Lauren to colour my hair and then Bruno to wash & brush it out afterwards.
Lauren as always was polite, efficient and did a very good job with the colour.
Bruno, who I haven’t seen before was quite a delight and did a very good shampoo and style afterwards. We had a delightful manner and was very perfectionist in his technique

I had Jade do my highlights today. Really good, love the result and she was really knowledgable and experienced. The lady who washed my hair really helpful and gentle with my hair!
