I had great service from start to finish. Friendly and skilled hairstylist made my haircut looking amazing and healthy.

The customer service is always warm and welcoming and that carries through every single member of staff. I would never have my hair cut by anyone else since I met Lisa - she totally understands how my hair works (I have super super thick hair) and I always leave the salon feeling great. I've been using this salon for over 7 years and will never go anywhere else. Also really happy to see the staff adopting excellent hygiene practices (especially given the current pandemic). Brilliant.

Kim has cut my hair for years, she really understands that it is wavy & difficult to keep straight! Excellent.

Professional service from all the staff. I had been unhappy with my colour and they gave me the next available appointment to sort this out and made sure I was fully satisfied. I’m sure it is hard when a customer is not happy with the outcome, and they were very professional and focused on getting it right for me which I really appreciated. I really appreciated the professionalism of all staff involved and the manner in which they responded.

Just had whole head of highlights by David. It’s the first time I have had them done here. David did a super job and I will definitely come back. Nice and blonde - just how I like it. David was great.

Had my hair cut on Saturday by Hayley. She did a great job on my bob having not had a good cut previously somewhere else. I’ve already booked my next appointment with Hayley plus some highlights with David!!!

Overall really poor experience which is a shame. I asked for scalp bleach to go to Silver/grey hair.
Showed picture to ***** she said yes no problem might be ‘warm’ on ends but will be ‘white’. My hair turned out ‘brassy, Chavy, yellow’ I told ***** I was not happy so she put a toner on it to Grey it up but we all know ‘Toner’ will not cover ‘yellow’ so I had to pay another £80 to have it corrected this weekend because I could not go to work ‘Grey and Yellow’ absolutely gutted and disappointed ☹️. The cut that Hayley done was great.
