So pleased that I found this lovely salon with a castle view in Guildford. I do believe that the ambiance makes all the difference and here the decor, the flowers and the laid back music are top notch.

I’ve had a lovely experience Thankyou. Ross is very calming to be around and respectful. He has cut and blow dried my hair to perfection.

I dont mind where this ends up, I would like ever body possible to see it

So pleased with my hair. Marcin is delightful. Listened to what I wanted, made suggestions and has cut my hair beautifully. Proof is that, after washing it myself, I'm still delighted. I'll be back.

I have had several wigs from Julia over the last 4 years and have always been very happy as I have walked out of the salon. She and her staff are lovely people, very helpful ,polite and discreet. I have had many compliments on my 'hair' from complete strangers since wearing a wig which is a testament to how natural they look and how expertly they are cut and styled. Thank you Julia for boosting my confidence at a time when I needed it.

Popped in for the first time and so pleased I did, very friendly staff, Marcin was very helpful and cut my hair really well and gave lots of advice on hair care too.

I was welcomed and treated with care.

As usual Julia was kind and helpful and adjusted my style exactly as I requested.

Ross was great! He fixed my nasty blonde that I have been trying to fix with a very natural and easy looking shadow root! He slotted me in when I hadn’t even booked for the colour. Wish I came here to begin with! Julia is great! Loved the vibe! I know for fact that other salons in Guildford have no idea what a shadow root is - so if you need a rooty colour correct go and see Julia and co!

I have just recently lost my hair from chemotherapy. I went for my initial consultation and am picking up my wig next week. I was made to feel so at ease and had a lovely experience. I would highly reccomend.

Marci is very in tune with what is needed by the client but talks you through everything to make sure you understand. He’s a great stylist.

So different from the 'conveyor belt' feel you get with the big chains! Julia and her team are friendly, caring and very professional. They listen to what you want, they use top-quality products and you're not rushed. I have been a client for many years and have always had a good cut and a pleasant experience.

I have very fine wispy hair in bad condition but Ross has revived it with a great cut. Very happy.

I had been aware of Marcin working when I had previous appts with another stylist and had no problems being booked with him when my stylist was away. He took time to establish my highlights colour requirements and knew exactly how he intended to cut my hair to achieve a good result using its texture and style . Looking forward to seeing how the style holds over next 6 weeks.

I asked for blonder hair and baylage refresh but unfortunately it looks darker and a little dull. My partner said he didn’t expect that from the picture I showed I wanted it to look like. Also we had to rush the blow dry so my hair was a little frizzy ???? I hate to complain but it just wasn’t what I wanted.

Although it was only my initial consultation, I cannot speak highly enough of this establishment. It’s warm, welcoming, a lovely atmosphere, Lillie was so knowledgable and considerate of my needs and explained them in terms I understood. And all the hairdressers I’ve seen there actually have nice hair!! After years of being with one lady I trusted since Tony and Guy ruined my hair I think I’ve found my new hairdressers.

The consultation was with Hannah. Lovely private room. Lots of wigs to choose from and Hannah was very helpful and friendly. We were not hurried at all. Clear instructions were given on how to wear and care for the wig.

Such a lovely salon experience, Marcin was amazing talking me through how he was cutting and even giving me tips for achieving a great blow dry at home.

The way I was treated was absolutely marvellous. I was put at ease and Julia made me feel that she had all the time in the world for me. She made sure that I was completely satisfied and happy with the look and fit of my wig. Her patience was fantastic. I would recommend her salon to anyone who is going through the trauma of losing their hair through chemotherapy. Thank you so much Julia.
