Where do I begin? I met Ross last year after completing cancer treatments. My hair was in need of some tlc. Ross immediately put me at ease. He is sensitive, knowledgeable and I totally trust him. I have always had long hair so this is a new experience for me. Last week I had my first blow dry in over 18 months. When Ross offered I could have hugged him. My hair is long enough now. My confidence has been knocked. But thanks to Ross I walked out of the salon last week feeling so tall. And I could swish my hair! He is a kind young man. I love the whole experience of being in the salon. From the moment I walk in I know I’m safe hands. Thank you. Ross and everyone. This was my first experience at Julia Lampard and I have to say what a thoroughly wonderful experience it was! My stylist Amal was an absolute sweetheart and maintained professionalism at all times whilst being so friendly, positive and understanding! After having a tough time with Covid which had resulted in dramatic hair loss I contacted Julia for some help and advise. It was clear from the initial zoom consultation that Julia was the perfect fit for me. I am so happy with my wigs and now have the confidence to leave the house without feeling so self conscious. I go back there for my hair cut every time. Amal is really good, she has very good attention to detail and she always makes me feel comfortable. My hair is always exactly how I want it. Pleased every time.

After so long waiting, finally being able to have my hair cut was pure bliss. Staff at salon enhanced the experience being welcoming, professional and reassuring . All safety guidance was followed . Ross was excellent as always, attentive, knowledgable and extremely skilful.. member of staff who washed my hair also gave relaxing head massage. . Booked an appointment - and paid the deposit - via their website for a cut and blow dry for my wedding ceremony. Only when I called up to double-check the booking they said there was no available stylist for me that day. Needless to say I was refunded, but it would have been a disaster had I arrived on the day, only to be turned away.

Ross listened to my requests regarding my hair colour and gave me a great blend of colours. Julia gave me beautiful post lockdown haircut. All the other staff really complimented the whole experience. So pleased with the result! Thank you!

The Julia Lampard salon is such a lovely place to visit. The staff are amazingly helpful and the stylists have so many ideas and are extremely skillful with their cutting skills and colouring. The atmosphere is so relaxing with the decor and music. I always look forward to my haircuts with Amal. I also have never had a hairdresser who has been so reasonable with their prices. Well worth a visit !

Please can I dye my wig lighter colour?

Really gentle people. They booked an appointment for me though they were really busy. Everyone there was really gentle and Amal was perfect and very professional.
The only disadvantage was that some tools used were a bit old, but overall it was a great hair salon.

I bought a Nounou shampoo and a Nou nou conditioner for my wife for a Chtistmastree present she thinks that it is marvellous and had just finished her bottles so lots of browny points thanks Julia for recommending it last year.

Julia is really charming and is totally devoted to ensuring that your experience at her beautiful salon will be a success. I wouldn't have any hesitation whatsoever in being treated by ANY of her skilled staff. My treatment's been rather more specific. Recent hair 'weakness' means I'm now the owner (and wearer!) of two really attractive new styles = wigs! Julia and her team, from reception onwards deserve so much praise for what they're doing in these really difficult times. Thank you all.

Thanks to Meghan for fitting me in so soon before Christmas for a wig consultation and for her great advice. Had the consultation and am collecting the wig the very next day - greatly appreciated so I have something in time for Christmas Day. Always a slight concern when you go to a new hairdresser but I was made to feel very comfortable and safe. Friendly salon and a lovely space to be in.

My experience was last year... but I have sadly been reminded of it because a friend of mine is having treatment and wanted a wig...
we went to the shop together last year, the staff were all busy so we just browsed the wigs, tried to ask a few questions ... only when I left the shop in tears did Julia follow us out and insist I pop back and make an appointment. I have alopecia and was losing my hair fast, so I felt incredibly vulnerable and anxious. I made the appointment and it was ok, in honesty I felt rushed, we only tried a couple of wigs. Long story short, I bought a £520 wig, 3 wig liners that were so uncomfortable at the back where the elastic was, a wig head clamp ( that never stayed stuck ) shampoo conditioner and a brush.. all in all I spent £670.
Julia said she would cut it into a nice shape for me when it arrived, I thought it was included in the price, but that was another £60 roughly! I wore my wig once.
My friend has ordered a beautiful wig for £70 from the hospital...
The moral is you don’t need to spend a fortune because it might not be the right thing for you.

Stylist is always very thoughtful as to what the client requires . All staff are friendly.

My appointment was due on Saturday at the beginning of this new lockdown in England. By some miracle Julia managed to fit me in early on Monday instead. I am sure closing the salon must be a huge disappointment given all the care Julia and the team take. I would never have guessed anything was changing on Monday. Julia was her usual professional and positive self and gave me a fabulous haircut. Having my hair done helps me feel better about myself, so thank you Julia, you are therapy with scissors:)! It is such a great cut, I am updating my LinkedIn profile picture with my stylish new look!

I was very happy with the colour advice as I have quite weak hair., and suffer with hair loss. The colour was very mild and rich. My cut was just what I asked for, it’s always a joy to have Alice who is sunny and very attentive.

Megan was so precise and provided a top quality experience! The salon was super busy leading to lockdown #2 but she still took the time to give me a great and relaxed wash, cut and dry. Would recommend!

With Marcin leaving he recommended Ross could take over to cut and colour my hair, I am really pleased Ross did a great cut and I love the colour still

Enjoyed meeting Julia who was very charming. However waste of time and money for me as in spite of explaining what I needed when making the appointment and was assured that you had a variety of hair pieces in grey this was not the case. You didn't even have one and I could not even try one in another colour that could be ordered in grey. So unfortunately a very disappointing afternoon.

I visited 'Julia Lampard' Salon yesterday. From temperature checking on arrival to on - going careful self distancing, the atmosphere was totally reassuring. With Julia's patience and skill, I've just chosen another wig for her to 'personalise' to suit. At the same time, Megan really skillfully washed and blow dried the wig I bought last year again. Thanks to Julia, concerns about my thinning hair have all but disappeared. And now? Amongst other things? I can join in friends' Zoom sessions!
