Today I changed my stylists.. yes a brave move ( especially as dread going to a hair salon it’s an rational fear I have ) but due to
COVID I was (a) desperate for a hair cut (b) unable to afford the luxury of my usual style director so opted for a Stylist .. Atlanta.
She was fantastic, Very easy to talk to & understood exactly how I want my cut. My hair looks amazing. I would
Highly recommended her .
The salon has made many changes in line with covid guidelines using disposable towels/ gowns and partitions cleaning down work stations in between customers was clearly visible . X
As always very happy with the cut and service. Great to see the precautions being taken to ensure customers and staff are protected from the rotten virus.
The lady who cut my hair was friendly, chatty and nice. That said, the brushes had old hair on and the floor and windowsill was dirty with others’ hair too. The price wasn’t bad but given the overall look I’m not happy. My very, very long hair was brushed to the front and chopped off 3” from my scalp leaving two large blocks of hair which look ugly and bold on either side of my parting. The salon was also really busy and noisy. Reception staff very kind when I said I didn’t think I looked worthy of going out in daylight but feel it was an expensive mistake.
Haven’t had a haircut since February so it was with trepidation that I made an appointment with a new hairdresser. No need to have worried - Tim listened to my ‘wants’ and did an excellent style that I can manage. Social distancing etc was well adhered to. Receptionist was friendly and efficient. The only thing I would mention is that when I was waiting in reception there was a small space opposite in which cut hair and other detritus was swept. Looked awful - perhaps a door could be attached to hide this horrible area.
I’ve had Lindsey do my high lites for more than 20 years and I have yet to be disappointed. She is the most talented colour technician I have ever had

Have been coming for years to this salon. It is not my nearest but I am happy to travel as it has some very fine hairdressers (name withheld as they are always booked up & modest!). The recent Covid secure measures they've put in place have only enhanced their good reputation.

Everyone is friendly and I'm very happy with the service.
I felt completely uncomfortable the entire time. Staff were rude and stuck up. My hair was pulled and nearly pierced ear hit multiple time despite being told.
