Had my regular cut with Sarah today but wanted a slight change. Bit shorter with more texture ( easy to manage in summer). She cut it with a razor and the result is fabulous! Marie and her team are lovely and the salon is a pleasure to visit. Can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you Charley Browns!

I've been getting a regular cut and blow dry from Marie for nearly five years. As well as the essential hair cut, I get a mini pampering with the massage chair and head massage during the wash, and Marie and I always have a good chat while she's doing her magic. I'm pleased to have this great family business nearby.

Once again, excellent cut and colour! A good chat and a catch up! Was well looked after and spoilt!

I’ve been going to Charley Browns for several years now, have had several of the stylists cut my hair and can say that they’re uniformly good. I’m always greeted by name, they genuinely care about me as an individual and ensure that I walk out feeling great.

Relaxed atmosphere, nice cup of tea with biscuit. Nice trim having been coming here for years. Local salon, lovely staff highly recommend it.

Sarah has been cutting my hair for a couple of years now and I have always been really pleased with it, however today she was unwell so Clare very kindly did it for me. The result is fabulous. I’ve been going to Charley Browns for some years now, on and off, not a regular just as and when I can afford it. But every time I’ve had a wonderful hair cut and or colour and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
All the staff are wonderful and so friendly too, you always get the best customer service which is so important when having your hair done!
This time the fabulous Sarah did a complete restyle for me, having had my hair long for many years I decided it was time for the chop, and I went in with a few styles I had seen!
Sarah talked me through everything and wanted me to make sure I was happy to go ahead before she started, just incase I wanted to change my mind!
I’m glad I went for it, as I am so pleased with the result and although it’s so different and such a drastic change, when I posted some photos on Facebook after I was overwhelmed with about 80 comments from my friends and family saying how wonderful it looked and how it made me look 10 years younger, although I’m sure they were being kind there! Lol
Sarah took her time and had said I can go in at any time if I feel I need it adjusting slightly too!
I can’t recommend this salon and all their wonderful staff more highly and would definitely urge anyone looking for a good salon to pay them a visit, you can get a free consultation first before you book!
They don’t just rush in and chop it, they really do Care!
