I took my 5 year old granddaughter for a cut today and was very happy, Katie was lovely with my granddaughter, I have already booked her next appointment

Honestly cant fault this colour and cut from Charlotte. Any small tweaks she completely understood what I was looking for . Made recommendations to cover some of my grey and I am really pleased with the results. I felt Charlotte has a way or understanding what I want but will also make suggestions that might be better than what im looking for.
