I am not very happy about today’s service.
I was on time but had to wait around 10 minutes as the stylist was busy was another client.
The stylist seemed new, it took very long time compared to previous visits. Also some gel or something was applied without asking and I asked for normal drier, not diffuser which didn’t dry my hair at all.
It took very long time today than usual so I couldn’t wait for more time for drying etc. as I had to get back to work.
Hope next time would be better. Thanks.

She is a brilliant hairdresser, she can do everything even extensions.

Charlotte remembered my name and last visit even though only my second appointment. Very friendly and discussed what I wanted, and did it. Very reasonable prices, clean and pleasant salon. A lovely, out of town hairdressers.

Kieran works well with my curls especially when they haven’t been cut for a few weeks. I always come out of the hair dressers with confidence knowing that they will be like that for a while
