Always friendly, cheerful, interested in my news and above all an experienced stylist who has cut my hair for many years just the way I like it.

My children aged 10 & 7 had their haircuts today for the first time since lockdown and the first time at this salon. The haircuts were brilliant, really professional but also really quick. Both children said what a lovely salon it was and how friendly the hairdressers Charlotte and Natasha were and that they chatted to them but also listened to them too.

As always I was made welcome and given a professional cut with attention to what I wanted.

Always a pleasure to get my hair done. I had a lovely conditioning treatment with Emily and then Great cut and blow dry with Charlie.

I had home-coloured my hair which came out a dense black, rather than the expected blue, so I called Claire for help! She managed to lift some of the black and gave me teal lights in my very short hair - I love it!

Clare is exceptional! I always get compliments on the cut and style. She 8s friendly, professional and honest. Clare knows exactly what suits me and is never wrong! I love my appointments, I alway leave there feeling much better than i arrived! Thank you ladies.

I love having my hair done at Charley browns. Everyone there is friendly & professional. My colour has been perfect every time! I love having my hair washed because you can choose to have your feet up and the back massager on! The salon is immaculate, I felt so safe, my temp was checked before I went in, I saw lots of hand sanitising and social distancing was being followed. They had all the ppe even disposable towels! Overall amazing experience and highly recommend

I couldn't be more pleased with my hair. Kieran was absolutely lovely and really took the time to understand how I wanted my hair. Felt really safe as the salon is adhering to social distancing/cleanliness etc. I can't wait to go back, and such a good find only 15 mins from Guildford. Would highly, highly recommend.

As always friendly and professional. A lovely welcome and put at ease after my long break away everything just seemed normal but with all the necessary precautions. Clare gave me a wonderful new haircut so I feel like a new woman.

Charley Brown’s had all the safety precautions necessary in place and I felt very at ease and safe during my visit this evening. The 3 x staff all wore face masks with plastic visors. Arrived and temperature was taken and sanitizers on hand. Completed a questionnaire form about how I was feeling and giving consent to inform them if I developed Covid-19 symptoms within the next 14 days.

Charlotte & Eden were absolute gems - they both took great care of me between them with my colour/foils & re style cut/blow dry and Natasha worked her magic hands on my head massage that I nearly fell asleep - was so very relaxing.

Marie you have such amazing staff who really genuinely look after their clients and give you exactly what you ask for.

Having never let anyone other than Marie close to my hair for years, today in her absence I had the amazing Charlotte. Couldn’t have had a better appointment, not only am I delighted with my cut and colour but felt totally COVID safe with all the careful sanitisation and PPE being used in the salon. 5* experience. I would just like to say I’m always happy with my hair at Charlie Brown but I’m really happy as Kieran is my hair dresser and is good makes you feel very relax just genuinely very nice girls all of them don’t make you feel out of place we’re a lot of hair dresser do

It was good to have my hair cut after such a long time!
I felt very comfortable with the hygiene practices that were using.

Firstly to say the salon made me feel very safe with how they are carrying out their business during these difficult times. Ok the experience is missing a few of the little things but I still felt it was a pampering experience. The colour and cut after 4 months of waiting is absolutely brilliant. Claire is so knowledgeable and experienced and always know exactly what will be right for my hair

Natasha was wonderful. Half Head foils with three colours and the results are stunning. The salon is a real find.
