This was the first time I had gone to the hairdresser since March 2019. My hair was so long and scraggly. Once Claire had worked her magic I felt like a million dollars. All the staff were all so nice, keeping a safe distance and cleaning down after every client. Can’t wait to go back in a few weeks. Thank you all.

I was a newbie to the Salon and had been recommended to Clare by a friend. Clare was kind and understanding to my predicament- wanting a new haircut but not knowing where to begin. She took time talking to me and asking what I wanted but explaining what would be best for the style including my spectacle wearing and my age.

I am so delighted with my hair that I going back next week to have some lights put in.

I always enjoy my visits to Charley Brown’s. A great haircut by Kiera today who isn’t my usual stylist. The staff are very friendly and professional and the salon is a very safe environment.

Eden was great, she did exactly what I asked:-) one of the best hair cuts I've had so pleased with it . Very high standard of hygiene due to covid and i felt very safe .

Very informative, knew all answers to my questions and able to talk through options for hair. Nice hair wash and head massage and chair massager was a bonus too.

I had an appointment this morning on 30/04/21 after waiting 4 months with lockdown hair, that like most people needed a colour & cut badly. Warm welcome by all staff and Eden did my colour & foils and a really relaxing head massage. Charlotte did my cut and layered my hair and took about an inch & half of the length. The results were stunning and really happy with my outcome of a new me ?. Covid hygiene was very good and the salon set out to government recommendations. Highly recommend Charley Browns and I would never go anywhere else.
