Absolutely great as ever

Managed to fit myself and kids (10 and 8) in at the same time, having rearranged after storm-related power cuts (great communication there). Very understanding of kids not being keen on haircuts, and made it clear and simple for my son.

Wasn’t sure if the salon would be open because of the storm but they were. I even got a call to let me know where trees were down and roads blocked. Was having a lovely hair wash when the power went but Claire managed to get the soap out even though the water couldn’t be pumped to the sink properly. She then cut my hair without any over head lighting. There was no panic or rushing. I came out with a lovely haircut and everything was kept calm and fun.

Kierah always listens to what I want and cuts my hair beautifully.

Charlotte is always cheerful and welcoming and transforms my unruly hair into something easy to manage xx

Eden was very friendly and welcoming. She was very knowledgeable and continued to ask if my cut was ok throughout my appointment.

Wow ! So Relaxing going to Charley Browns and having a Treatment.
Eden is so good, with this Treatment because not only does it rejuvenates and conditions damaged hair,the actual process is so calming, the way the first stage is applied after washing products out of your hair like "hairspray " you have a warm towel applied which is so soothing and Eden gives your scalp a fantasic massage and then the second process is added and this also has warm towel too and the process goes on and i have had a few Treatments now for my damaged hair and i have loved every one of them. Thats why now before i have a cut i always have a Treatment.
Also their not expensive £12.50 is well worth the money !! This is not just for damaged hair either. Would definitely recommend before you have a Colour or Cut because the process takes your stresses away and makes going to the Hairdressers even more enjoyable.
Eden is polite, gives you advice willingly in a positive manor so to achieve the final result !!
Which in my case is a working process because my hair was badly damaged before i decided to trust in Charley Browns Hairdressers Fairlands Guildford.

As my hair is ever changing with my age and grey is taking over , colours I've loved for years are looking different. Claire took the time today to tweak my colour and explained what each would do until we got to an end result. Loving looking in the mirror again and seeing the old me
