Always a good service here, love this salon . But the price has shot up , I usually pay 128 for a colour and cut , when is a lot anyway but I trust my colourist completely. But this time the price had shot up to 144 , it’s too much now , such a shame .

I always drive 45 minutes to go to this salon because I can count on very professional friendly service and I’ve always been happy with my hair cut and/or colour.
Everyone at every level from junior to senior is equally professional and I always come away very satisfied with my hair cut/colour.

I have a back catalogue of dodgy haircuts since my first bowl haircut by my mum in the 1970s, the tight perms of the 80s and everything else thereafter. And because of my hair history, I developed a neurosis of the hairdressers and an anxiety beyond measure of staring at myself in the mirror paralysed by the fear of what the end product would be. But since I’ve been having my hair cut by Ben, I no longer dread the torture of having it cut! He’s cured me of my nerves and I can actually sit through the whole experience without squirming or feeling the need to vomit.

So pleased with my new haircut. Feel like a new person! Coming back for colour in a couple of weeks. Really hoping Jason is my new permanent hairdresser. Have had a struggle finding any one good. Phew!

First haircut with Ben who listened carefully and gave honest feedback. I explained what I disliked about the previous cut from another salon and what I would like to change. Ben listened and was truthful enough to say that it would take a little time to get back to my preferred style. I appreciated this. I went in with a style that was driving me crazy and that I honestly hated. I left the salon loving what Ben had done and one week later I’m still happy. Thank you.

I have been going to the Godalming salon for over a year and it is always a great experience. Every member of the team cares from reception, trainee to the stylist. They listen which is really important and take their time to understand your requirements - would recommend to anyone.

Jason has cut my hair for 10-15 years and he is just brilliant. Very friendly and professional as well as really understanding my thick hair. I highly recommend him.
Sophie is brilliant with colour and very good at advising which colours/tones suit my skin tone. Also highly recommend.
All the staff in the salon are welcoming and helpful. Great salon. Big thumbs up from me!

Had a great service from Jason at godalming salon today lovely young man great haircut and conversation, I get anxious when going to the salon but made me feel very as ease very satisfied client .

As ever, prompt and courteous from Louise’s welcoming smile and greeting by name ( means a lot to a loyal customer) to the attentions and skill of Sophie for my colour and Jason for his skill at cutting, i left, prompt to time both happy and looking refreshed and classy - well at least my hair was!
New young general assistant had been well trained to keep an eye on drinks and magazines for me. Altogether well done!
