Absolutely in LOVE with my cut and colour Luna went above and beyond she told me products and every step she was doing. She listened she chatted she was so good I miss emily but Luna is amazing so glad to have found a new stylist don’t let her go Xx

Even with the current guidelines in place I still thoroughly enjoy going to Toni & Guy in Godalming. The service from the moment you go inside is friendly and professional. The staff make you feel important and not just someone on a conveyor belt! They listen to you and offer suggestions. It’s great. I would highly recommend them. Ben cuts my hair and puts up with me changing my mind regularly!

As always all staff were friendly and Professional, they really made me feel welcome. I walked in with ugly coloured hair & serious root regrowth & walked out feeling a million dollars with lovely highlighted hair, cleverly done by Lunar, to blend in & cover my multi- coloured mop. Thank you so much & see you in 2 wks for a trim.

Honestly I’ve never felt so comfortable and listened to before! The team were all absolutely wonderful, but particularly Luna! I’ve not left any more in love with a new cut than I had today! So professional, friendly and generally just an absolute delight! A 10/10 BABE! Throughly looking forward to my next visit for highlights. Everyone was wearing PPE, all socially distanced, but maintained a light and pleasant atmosphere.

Thanks to Karen, Ben, Grace and the team it felt really great to be back in the salon. Karen has transformed me back to a pre-covid style that I love and it was great to see her and her team come through this strongly.

I was really impressed with the cut that Mark gave me! I’m really pleased with how it looks and I love the blow dry he did at the end too, made my hair look really nice. I’ll be sure to have him do my hair going forward!

As soon as I arrived, a lovely lady asked me to sanitise my hands then took me to reception & gave me my PPE pack, which contained my towels a face mask & a paper cup. I was already wearing a mask & all employees in the salon were wearing shields. She then handed me a gown, which was still on a hanger, allowing me to be the only person to handle the gown. She then led me to the chair, where the stylist came to greet me. Ben, you were superb, you cut my hair beautifully, put me at ease & made me feel great when you finished. My hair looked horrible when I entered your shop, and I left looking and feeling a million dollars. Thank you so much, I was so impressed with the way you cut my hair, my other half has booked in for you to cut his. Thank you again and see you in a couple of weeks, for colour!!

Just had my first haircut in 4months, from Jason at Toni & Guy Godalming. I was really impressed with all the safety measures put in place, and it was still an enjoyable experience. All the staff were as helpful and friendly as ever. Thanks to them all. So pleased with my cut too!

Superb colour & cut by Mark, lovely tones and long layers restored, after around 6 month, due to lockdown. Thanks to Louise & Ben for finding a slot, great experience all round! The salon looks very elegant & well finished too.

Lovely to see the Godalming salon back open and for my hair to get expertly made to look so much nicer than when I walked in!

I felt so safe and protected today from the moment that Louise greeted me in the salon until I left. It was immaculate and covid-safe. Emma was professional and very caring. Amazing highlights and cut too!!

Just had my hair cut for the first time since lock down. OK so it wasn't the usual pampering experience, but I felt safe. And of course the haircut was as great as usual. I won't hesitate in going back.

The salon was spotless, everything was so well organised from hand sanitiser to masks, gowns and towels. It felt safe, the team obviously working well together. I left the salon feeling really good with the haircut I had been looking forward to for weeks. Thanks Ben and Louise.

Staff all very responsive and helpful. Over the past 15+ years have never had any cause to complain about my cut or colour.
Reception answered promptly and effort made to find appointments at requested time.
