I had a last minute appointment for a haircut with Elvis. And I was really happy
I visited The Vault for the first time last week and was made to feel so welcome. Everyone was lovely and the hospitality was excellent. I wasn't 100% happy with the colour afterwards, but Joanna and Elvis could not have been more helpful. They listened carefully, and went to a great deal of effort to find the right solution. I'm now really happy with the result. Thank you to Elvis and the whole team for all the care and attention. I’ll definitely be back and will be recommending The Vault
He (Elvis) took time to understand how I would like my haircut to look and did a very nice cut for me.

I was nervous about trying someone new for a cut — which may sound silly, but with my difficult mop of hair, I’ve had more than a few disasters in the past!
David was extremely knowledgeable and put me completely at ease during the consultation. He really understood my hair and what I was looking for, and the results were great too!
The salon itself is lovely, the staff are friendly and welcoming — what more could you want? I’ll definitely be going back

Incredibly happy as always with the results of Dave’s Balayage. I consistently get complimented by people about my hair, the Balayage is so subtle but equally it brightens my face and frankly makes me feel years younger. Works better than an anti-ageing cream! Been a client for several years and have also seen some of the other members of this talented team (from junior to senior), including Sylwia who is also amazing and very experienced. The atmosphere is consistently welcoming and friendly, it never feels impersonal.

I have been going to Callum for over a year and every hair cut has been spot on, I loved this haircut as it was better than I expected.

I love going to The Vault. You get treated like royalty. From the welcome drinks (love my latte's) right through to the final touches. Superior treatment with a massage chair, a head, massage and the high quality products used. Superior skills - with every one in the team highly trained. Callum is brilliant. Callum is brilliant. He cuts both my son's and daughter's hair and always does a great job. He really takes the time to discuss what they want and offers suggestions that suit their hair type (both thick with a wave/curl).
Once again, I went in not really knowing what I wanted and Dave smashed it! At least 6” shorter and loving it! Thanks Dave, you always get it right 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
