Lovely modern salon. As soon as I arrived I was welcomed. Jordana was already free (some 5 minutes before my appointment) so we had a prompt start. Good efficient service by Jordana: efficient and friendly. One satisfied customer!

Dan is extremely talented, creative & easy to chat to. He always makes my hair look fab, colour condition & styling is beautifully done,with great care.All the staff are friendly which makes all my appointments delightful. I’m now a regular client!

I have thin, five, short hair but wanted a glam hairstyle for a black tie do. I’ve never had my hair up before so wasn’t sure what to expect but Owen took time to understand what I wanted, what my dress was like before suggesting 2 options. He then quickly worked through creating the style while being lovely and chatting away. A fab experience and amazibg hair style!

Lovely salon and great customer care but the most important thing to me is the cut. Dan is simply brilliant. A real perfectionist, he puts in the time and focus to get it just right. Great advice, too, on both style and colour. Delighted with the result.

Sean gave me an excellent cut, carefully shaped to suit the shape of my head so that it was almost scultured

Sean has been my hair stylist for 8 years and has never once failed me. I absolutely love my new full head of highlights with purple tones - Sean is so good at subtle but effective colouring and I always come out of a hair appointment feeling like I have gotten exactly what I wanted and more. He listens to what you want and makes suggestions based on his expertise which I have always found to be really beneficial and helpful in guiding me to the perfect colour. He is always incredibly friendly and takes the time to make sure the colour is perfect - even if it means taking additional time out of his day. Looking forward already to coming back for a touch up in 8 weeks!

Owen was very professional and attentive, giving me exactly what I asked for in terms of cut and styling.
The salon was very quiet so therefore lacked a little atmosphere. I feel that £95 for a cut and blow dry is expensive even though it was a v good experience.

Although Dan did a good job on my hair, I feel that he took advantage of me with the charges.
I don’t think that he was very honest.

Very happy with my cut and colour as always! Owen takes time to explain what he is going to do and makes great suggestions on colour. A friendly atmosphere and very welcoming salon!

For those of you with short hair, you will understand when i say that when you find a hairdresser that knows their stuff, it’s hard to let go..... Should I leave the comfort of Hare & Bone, central London?
Knowing Esher was still a Hare & Bone salon assured me that whoever was employed by Sam would be worth their salt. Dan has been brilliant from the start - i’ve had a few cuts now and i can hand on heart say, i’ve never had to exit the salon and dash round the corner to restyle, or wait a week for it to settle - the cut has been good from the get go. Thank you Dan.

Surrey finally has a premium salon back!! Who’s staff are kind, compassionate and put the customer first. No more rushed booking times, or starting with one person and being finished by another.

Owen is amazing!! He’s skills and passion for colour our second to none. He knows so much about colour and how to effectively colour your hair in a way that doesn’t look like you have any colour.
He spends time getting to know YOU and what makes you happy.
Nothing is ever to much trouble for Owen and he always ensures you are 100% content and happy before you leave the salon.

Owen is an absolute angel. He has enabled me to achieve multiple different hair colours with minimal damage! From icey blonde and silver to ombré golden brown, and a million places in between, there isn’t anyone else I would trust to do my hair. My hair always looks amazing, everyone always comments and asks where I get my hair done. He’s professional, fun to be around and makes you feel like a million dollars. He’s patient and understanding every time I come back with a new wacky idea for my hair. He never lets you leave unhappy, even if it is the smallest detail. Nothing is ever a problem for him. I love him to pieces, would thoroughly recommend. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

I went into H&B desperate for help to sort my existing colour out!! The hairdresser from the Salon I have used for several years had made a really bad job of it and despite several attempts to rectify it we’d had no success!! I came in for a consultation with Dan and explained how I liked my hair to be and what had happened... He came up with two possible solutions and I chose the one I liked the sound of best... Suffice to say it now looks fantastic!! He cut it too... All I can say is - he now has one very HAPPY new client who will not be letting anyone else near her hair!! Thanks so much Dan!!

I had a wonderful experience today! Jordana is a miracle worker and I can honestly say, having my hair coloured for nearly 20years, she is the best colour expert I have come across. Not only did she listen and care (& I mean really care), taking time to understand exactly what I was trying to achieve, she gave her professional and honest opinion to ensure the desired results were achieved. Most importantly, she delivered and my hair transformation is just amazing. Super happy and very thankful. The salon is lovely and very friendly, my baby had to join us during the latter half of my appointment and everyone was kind, made him feel very welcome (especially the lovely lady on the salon reception desk). Wonderful and truly deserving of the five stars.
