i loved loved loved my experience! everyone was so welcoming and friendly! owen is well and truly the colour wizard.. fixing my hair from a green, honey, blonde, grey, blue multicoloured highlight mishap .. to a bright blonde bombshell. i’m obsessed!! my hair is over processed as it is, and owen took such great care to protect it and make it look absolutely flawless.
the whole time i was made to feel like a princess and i have had the best salon experience. i can’t recommend this place enough...!!! thank you guys xxx

I’m a long time Sam Burnett client and have been a client of his Fitzrovia salon since it opened. A cancellation/ local client meeting gave me an opportunity to visit the new salon in Esher. Same industrial luxe decor, same service and welcoming, same products. Wonderful, technical cut from super-talented and experienced Dan. Came out feeling sleek and shiny and a million dollars as with every experience at Hare & Bone.

Jordanna spent a lot of time discussing exactly what I wanted and how I. managed my hair to ensure the best cut. Very pleased.

Very warming Welcome from front of house and loved the atmosphere of the new Salon. Had Leonie wash my hair and gave me an amazing head massage! The salon it’s self is absolutely stunning and the service couldn’t be better. Came away with exactly what I wanted and what I imagined. Owen did a brilliant job, and all the staff were so friendly. I’d recommend this salon over any I have been to!

Very polite staff and professional, responded quickly to email bookings which I have found rare for hair salons and easy to deal with. Dan was great, listening to exactly what I wanted and giving the best cut I have had in years. The end result was considerably better than the more expensive cuts I have had in well known salons such as Paul Edmonds in Knightsbridge.

Would recommend and glad I’ve found a new salon closer to home.

I had Owen do a lovely wash and blow dry for me. He was extremely knowledgeable and experienced, very friendly he made the experience lovely and relaxed. Blow dried my hair exactly as I wanted it. I left feeling really uplifted and look forward to returning in the near future. The salon is beautiful, all round a very positive experience. I would certainly recommend you.

I had my hair done by Jordana yesterday evening and it was absolutely perfect!

Jordana knows that my hair is typically temperamental with warmer colours, so I was nervous about wanting some darker tones put in, but Jordana worked her magic perfectly and my hair was even better than I could have wished for!

The newly fitted shop looks great too, and the massaging seats by the hair wash was a lovely touch as well!

Visited the salon today and saw lauren. Came out feeling like a new woman ans in love with my new hair. Beautiful salon. Thanks

I always love coming to see sam and have followed him all over the place for many years now albeit seeing other hairdressers inbetween . I always find having my hair done elsewhere a bitter sweet experience I love having it done but am rarely satisfied after ... this is not the case with Sam !
It’s so nice to feel confident that you are in his very capable hands with his wealth of knowledge and experience he always does a good job and I ALWAYS leave satisfied which is why he’s worth the extra ! :-)

I had a great experience at the new hare and bone store in esher. I was greeted with a cold beer and taken to have my hair wash while on a comfy massage lazy chair. After the shampoo and head massage I was given a prestine cut which was perfect! Great haircut will definitely be back!

Being a hairdresser myself, I find it difficult to find someone to cut my hair how I like it...having always wished I could take my head off and do it myself!
Until today when I called the salon and spoke to Harriet, who is just lovely.
I asked her if there was a stylist there who has OCD about straight lines, and she instantly suggested Owen.
He’s done a great job. Totally sorted out a dodgy haircut that I had done two days ago and I’m now so happy with it.
I just had a baby 3 months ago, and the whole experience has left me feeling totally revitalised!

The experience started when I walked through the door to book my appointment. I was made to feel welcome and any questions were answered with almost a passion and excitement to have me as a customer, which is obviously a lovely feeling.
I returned that afternoon for a blow dry with a free treatment which was lovely.
Had a lovely headmassage by one of the girls and she did wash my hair well.

My blow dry by Jordana was brilliant and exactly what I wanted. By the time I went out a few hours later it had dropped out beautifully into a gorgeous wave/curl. What a gem she is! We laughed loads and she was so friendly.

Overall, a brill experience and I would definitely recommend to others and hope to return soon!
The only thing I would mention is that I wasn’t over keen on the smell of the shampoo, not sure what was used but just wasn’t to my taste, smell wise.

Having booked on the first day of opening, I was pleasantly impressed. Not only with the warm welcome and general service but with the amazing cut and blow dry I received. I will certainly be returning.
