Very pleased with the results Chloe did a great job of highlights and plaiting my hair
Enjoyed 'the works' at Academy Esher last week: full head tint followed by Braziliana.
Chloe is always excellent. She had adapted the colour to suit me perfectly. Shanice was brilliant too.

Shanice did a great treatment love my hair
Your staff is always friendly and welcoming , however I had a feeling today that my hair was not done with enthusiasm. I asked for small rollers all over my head but most of the rollers were big ones and too much hair put into one.
I know my hair and know it gets floppy when it is not done with small rollers.
Why did I not say something g during the procedure? Because I did not wNt someone to do my hair who cannot deal with criticism and has then an even less enthusiastic approach to me hair.
I like to support our local hairdresser but please work on excitement when doing hair.

The staff are courteous, attentive and welcoming.
Costs for cutting by senior stylists fair but I feel the charge for having roots done is very pricey, as is the conditioning treatment when considering products used and stylist time taken completing these treatments.
The cost for blow dry is fair.
Overall I would recommend the salon and have been very satisfied with the end product.

Great service but it's getting too expensive now and I'm going to go elsewhere. The prices have gone up massively in 2017
Gents haircut with a £10 discount is £29 !!! So what was £27 has gone to £39 under the new owners. That's a 44% increase.
Hi, thank you for your feedback, we have not had a price increase in our Esher branch since we took over in 2015, but in 2017 we have introduced a £10 rebooking discount to get prices affordable for all our regular clients.
Most importantly thank you for the positive feedback on our skills and service.

Shanice cuts my 7year old son's hair. He does not find it easy to go to the hair dresser and she is always so kind and patient with him, and makes him laugh. Shanice listens carefully when discussing the style his hair should be cut in. She cuts his hair really well so that as his hair grows it keeps a really nice shape.

Had my hair done today and had a complete re-do. From very very long Light brown hair I have had a complete change to a long bob with brown root tint and ombré blonde ends. Hannah has done an amazing job I couldn't have asked for more ! All other staff were very friendly and helpful during my time in the salon which ended up being nearly all day!
