Lovely ladies , fantastic result, very happy

Once again another fantastic service from the lovely Sophie who does an amazing job with my hair. She know how I like it and what the best shampoo and conditioner to use - plus the head massage is out of this world.

So thrilled with my experience at the salon today, Katie knew exactly what I was looking for and executed everything in a friendly and professional way. Really pleased, I can’t wait to pop back in!

As always all the girls were absolutely lovely. I always recommend this salon to everyone I know, my manager, my sister, my niece, my boyfriend ? everyone !! Because they are the best. Sophie as always was absolutely perfect, and she went over in detail the colour formula which she would create for me. She gave me the option about what I, the customer, would want, which I think is incredibly important for customer. She explained to me exactly how she would dye my hair, and asked re each step to make sure I was completely happy with every single one which I was. I was checked on often to make sure I had enough tea or if I needed any magazines. All the girls are so friendly that I feel I can talk to them freely about anything which is so important about a hairdressers. I am honestly so happy with the constant five star stellar performance from this salon. At the end of the treatment, when my hair was rinsed and blow dried perfectly, I was so happy I could’ve cried! My hair was the best it has EVER looked. Thank you Sophie so much, you are magic!!! It was the perfect strawberry blonde I was after!! Thank you so much!!!

Sophie was amazing once again. Took out all my nano rings gave me a great cut and washed and blow dried my hair. Always reassuring to have a great stylist you can go to and talk to honestly about your hair and what you need!

It’s always a pleasure visiting Academy in Esher. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and Emma is skilled and knowledgable offering advice to improve any request. 10/10

Another wonderful blow dry by Sophie and left the salon feeling a million dollars and totally relaxed after a lovely hair wash and conditioner massage. With the expertise in the shampoo and conditioner, my head is looking a lot less flaky and itchy as well as a lovely shine. All the staff are lovely and happy. One of the best salons I’ve ever been to.

Emma is professional friendly and just makes a hair do an enjoyable experience

Emma has been doing my hair for a while now, she has helped me grow it and get it back to a healthy condition. She is always friendly, warm and professional. Highly recommend!

All the girls were lovely as always, I had the most fabulous (as usual) blowdry with Sophie. Thank you so much for everyone at the salon for making my niece feel comfortable and pampered after her very first blowout! She’s got her prom coming up this year and is very eager to learn more about “girly stuff” ha ha ! She is very shy and socially anxious, especially in situations with “girly stuff” so was expecting her to not talk at all but to my surprise she did! And she loved her blowdry. Thank you so much. I will be back of course but so will my niece!!

Katie has done a brilliant job with my hair. Which originally looked like I had been dragged through a bush backwards. She listened to what I was after, and was friendly throughout my time at at salon.

Chlo did a fantastic job of blending my roots and tidying up my hair which I am trying to growing long. Gorgeous blow dry with a curl. Very happy!

Sarah is very professional. She always do a great job colouring and styling my hair.

Incredibly helpful staff and Sarah is not only a superb stylist but also keeps a happy and tight workforce. Everyone is very friendly and happy.
