I needed an urgent hair appointment and found this salon by chance! I was able to book same day with varied options online with only deciding the night before! I booked with Chloe who was very friendly, chatty and bubbly and helped me decide on the best cut & blow dry. I liked how she always taught me through with what she was doing before going ahead & gave me some good tips on which shampoos to use (which advice I'd asked for). Would highly recommend and use salon again.

Excellent for getting a last minute appointment which was reflected in the price of my men's haircut. Arrived on time but it wasn't until fifteen minutes later my hair was cut. So allow an hour. I had a lovely hair wash and scalp massage, French press coffee and a biscuit. Good chat and a very good haircut. Paid 39, which is comparable to other salons but other hairdressers may deliver a better value for money. Still I benefited from last minute appointment that was super convenient to me. I may come back, especially if I can use the 10 money off voucher.

Chloe is always excellent. She had adapted the colour to suit me perfectly. Shanice was brilliant too.

Your staff is always friendly and welcoming , however I had a feeling today that my hair was not done with enthusiasm. I asked for small rollers all over my head but most of the rollers were big ones and too much hair put into one.
I know my hair and know it gets floppy when it is not done with small rollers.
Why did I not say something g during the procedure? Because I did not wNt someone to do my hair who cannot deal with criticism and has then an even less enthusiastic approach to me hair.
I like to support our local hairdresser but please work on excitement when doing hair.

The staff are courteous, attentive and welcoming.
Costs for cutting by senior stylists fair but I feel the charge for having roots done is very pricey, as is the conditioning treatment when considering products used and stylist time taken completing these treatments.
The cost for blow dry is fair.
Overall I would recommend the salon and have been very satisfied with the end product.

Great service but it's getting too expensive now and I'm going to go elsewhere. The prices have gone up massively in 2017
Gents haircut with a £10 discount is £29 !!! So what was £27 has gone to £39 under the new owners. That's a 44% increase.
Hi, thank you for your feedback, we have not had a price increase in our Esher branch since we took over in 2015, but in 2017 we have introduced a £10 rebooking discount to get prices affordable for all our regular clients.
